Answer:	I do ,I wear work boots and do have a heal spur, I am always on my feet, up and down, I walk about 5 miles per I phone ,lol. I put the compression sock first and make sure my regular sock does not roll up the compression sock up. Answer:	Thanks for asking - we do prefer that they be hand-washed, especially if you don't have a delicate wash cycle. Another reason for hand-washing is because there is less likelihood of getting a snag. So if you do opt to go with machine washing - it would be best to put them in a separate laundry bag or at least make sure there is nothing in the washer like zippers or snaps that can catch the sock itself. Answer:	Yes, I wear mine under my socks. Under crew type socks thick or thin, no one even knows it’s there. I have mobility with stability.

Answer:	You are the same shoe size as myself, and also have thin ankles and feet along with a thin body frame. For me, they were far too wide at the ankle in particular and provided little to no compression. I don't know if washing in hot water would help but I'm returning these and trying a small. I compared a sleeve I purchased previously with the new ones I received and the new ones (medium) are about 15mm longer (0.6 inches), 20mm (0.8 inches) wider at the top, and 10mm (0.4 inches) wider at the foot end. For me, they are baggy. My injured side has an even thinner ankle and calf due to bone and muscle loss from multiple surgeries and fusions, but the sleeve is also baggy on my good leg. Unfortunately, I cannot tell from my prior orders what size sleeve I purchased as that info isn't provided on Amazon's receipt (they only provide size for the last order). I have written to Profect to see if width has changed but my guess is I got a small previously. I do wish the size I got previous (presumably a small) was slightly longer to cover up higher but I can't use the mediums so guess I'm stuck.

Question:	Does this stretch out of shape to becone unusable
Answer:	Yes. These are nothing like It he ones I bought years ago. I have one from years ago and that stills works great. The material is still soft and comfortable and the elastic still gives firm but comfy support. I purchased this Champion one and the brace material felt hard and uncomfortable, didn't stretch as well and the elastic immediately deformed and threads began to unravel the first time I put it on. They have obviously changed the materials. These are not good. Don't waste your money.

Answer:	I wear a size 8 1.2 and 9 med. width shoe and this fits me very snug. I wear it for pulled tendons in my foot and ankle on the inside of my left foot and ankle. It fits me very snug. You should look for a stretch support that fits by size of your ankle and foot or one that can be adjusted. I think that this one would fit too tight on you. I have very slender ankles and feet and it gets too tight on me after awhile. I hope that this helps.

Answer:	I got them for my wife and she wears them either way. Since it's cool outside right now she wears them under socks if she has to change from boots to shoes, otherwise, she will put them over the socks (when they start to bother her by the end of the day) so she can just take them off without having to take off her socks as well. She said they're comfortable either way for a few hours.

Question:	What are the sizes? I'm women's 8. What size should I buy
Answer:	I am 8 to 8.5, my feet were right on the line between M and L, so I bought a pair of the M (figuring I needed them to be tight). I figured right and these have been a lot of help and they fit in most shoes. However, perhaps due to my high arches, I cannot sleep in them but must take off at the end of the day even for comfortable relaxing in the recliner. Therefore, measure your foot, and if near the limits for size, (1) if you need compression, size down, but (2) if you need to sleep in them, size up. BTW, It is running well and will buy again. LOL

Answer:	When I wore it for the first time, I wore it wrong, which made my ankle tight. Then I put on these sleeves correctly, everything is very comfortable, the arch of the foot is compressed properly, the ankle is comfortable, and it didn't slip off, which meets my expectations.

Answer:	I have a size 11 men USA. I ordered the large, and I think it is just a little bit too big. However, it still gets the job done with stabilizing my ankle, but I would have liked to have tried the medium to see if it was more of a snug fit.

Question:	How difficult is it to put on . I have trouble putting on socks and shoes in general. Is it pulled on or wrapped around
Answer:	Easiest way to put it on is to undo every strap and all the velcro pieces to get everything loose. The two big plastic shafts - twirl until they're pointing at the floor. This will leave one big hole into which you put your toes. Pull the main piece on with the little white Size tag placed at the top right, up your calf a bit. Then attach the first velcro around your calf, then the velcro piece underneath that, from ankle pointing to calf. Then pull the A-shaped stretchy velcro straps across top of foot/ankle and attach. Then wrap the big strap at the top (with the Z logo on it) around your calf and attach with velcro. Took me awhile to figure this out even after watching the instructional video.
