Step 1

Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable.

Step 2

Pull the left foot strap up and over top of the foot, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer.

Step 3

Follow the same directions for the right foot strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable.

Answer:	I do ,I wear work boots and do have a heal spur, I am always on my feet, up and down, I walk about 5 miles per I phone ,lol. I put the compression sock first and make sure my regular sock does not roll up the compression sock up. After a day I remove my boots and remove sock and then compression sock and my foot is not swollen up nor I do not feel as much pain. Hope this helps you

Sometimes it just takes getting used to the feeling of something tight on your foot, as others have mentioned. Some of the reasons that it could feel too tight is if you have a wide foot or perhaps a thicker foot than what we used as the norm. The next size up could provide the comfort you are looking for. Answer:	Thanks for asking - we do prefer that they be hand-washed, especially if you don't have a delicate wash cycle. Another reason for hand-washing is because there is less likelihood of getting a snag. So if you do opt to go with machine washing - it would be best to put them in a separate laundry bag or at least make sure there is nothing in the washer like zippers or snaps that can catch the sock itself. If you opt to dry them in a dryer, please use the lowest heat setting. Hope this helps!

Answer:	For sports, I would purchase something more robust. I have bad ankles and I wanted something more than an Ace elastic sleeve.

It has two wraps under the foot and around your ankle with two plastic side stabilizers, I liked it so much I came back and bought another. I think the other one the deluxe you say is just an ankle support. If you need a lot of support verses not so much, get this one

Answer:	It might fit but honestly I did not find it to do what I wanted it to do. I wear size 8 and it was not snug on me. It provides some stability but not a lot. If you are very petite, it may be loose.

Answer:	Yes. These are nothing like It he ones I bought years ago. I have one from years ago and that stills works great. The material is still soft and comfortable and the elastic still gives firm but comfy support. I purchased this Champion one and the brace material felt hard and uncomfortable, didn't stretch as well and the elastic immediately deformed and threads began to unravel the first time I put it on. They have obviously changed the materials. These are not good. Don't waste your money.

Answer:	I wear a size 8 1.2 and 9 med. width shoe and this fits me very snug. I wear it for pulled tendons in my foot and ankle on the inside of my left foot and ankle. It fits me very snug. You should look for a stretch support that fits by size of your ankle and foot or one that can be adjusted. I think that this one would fit too tight on you. I have very slender ankles and feet and it gets too tight on me after awhile. I hope that this helps.
