Strong Shoulder Straps

Adjustable Shoulder Straps

Shoulder straps have 2 plastic sliders and a plastic buckle.

Adjustable Waist Straps

Answer:	I ordered a medium (5'2" 115 lbs with small to medium bone structure) and I need to use the extension strap that is included for my best comfort. I normally order clothes in size small, so glad I went with a medium here, as I need every bit of it. Not knowing your bone structure, I'm guessing a large might be your best bet, even if that's not what you wear in clothes. Hope this helps!
