Answer:	No, the brace in the palm area is plastic. The description says metal, but the fabric wore through on mine and you can see that it is clearly plastic. This does allow a bit of movement for the wrist, which is okay for me. If you need to totally immobilize your wrist, you would do better with a metal brace.

I would think that if your hand is less than six inches wide then it should fit. The material stretches and there are Velcro adjustment straps that allow you to adjust accordingly. The nice feature of this wrist support is the comfort beads that ads comfort to the palm of your hand so you don't feel the metal support strip. Plus you can wear it on either hand.

Question:	How to determine the size that you need
Answer:	I measured my wrist with a sewing tape. You could also use a string/yarn to wrap to your wrist and then measure the string with a ruler. They run very snug so if you are close to the larger size, I would order the larger size.

Answer:	It's a single wrist wrap. The strap is velcro and it has a plastic loop in which the elastic strap wraps around it and pulls on it based on how tight you want it.

Answer:	I cannot possibly know if this is the best brand. First of all I purchased this at least 2 or 3 years ago if not more. Things change quickly. Second, I didn't see all brands available even at that time. Third, I am not an expert on wrist braces or any braces. Fourth, who knows if what works for me will work for you. My best suggestion is to go to a pharmacy and purchase several then return the ones you don't like. Good luck. It is hit or miss.

Answer:	I have a small wrist. When I buy a bracelet I look for a 6 1/2. If I buy a metal watch, I always have links taken out. So I always go with the small. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Quoting what Jeff F just said. These razors are NOT ProGlides even though they advertised it as such. The insert inside the package is just an advertisement to TRY the ProGlide. The order i just received today are the original Fusion blades.

Answer:	I find it really hard to believe that people can shave their entire face 31 times with a single blade. But, that's not what Gillette claim. They say it lasts a month, but really they mean it lasts 8 to 10 shaves. For me, I would need to trim my beard before I shaved if I waited that long between uses. I would say that if you can grow a full beard 1 blade a week is what you can expect to get from these blades. That said, the one week works better than any other disposable blade on the market. Gillette will never sell you 1 blade for $1 as long as they still cost a nickle to make.

Answer:	These are authentic Gilette blades. Many years ago I spoke to Gilette customer service and they told me how to verify if blades were authentic or knock offs. On the back of the plastic that holds the blade just under the piece that pivots there are code numbers, about 8 digits. Counter fitters do not have the ability to place these tiny code numbers onto the plastic, and in truth who actually knows about this. The blades sent from Amazon have these code numbers.

Answer:	With palms out in front of body facing up you can roll to make palms face down. This is a factor of elbow joint more than wrist. What this brace does wonderfully is stop wrist from flexing up and down as if on floor on hands and knees causing hand to be nearly right angle to ulnar bone or bending opposite way as if to scratch your knee. Make sense? Hope so. This brace is fabulous. Got the first one from Cleveland Clinic orthopedic surgeon. Ordered two more, one for each hand from here.

Answer:	My son has cerebral palsy and I buy this splint for him to prevent contractures. It is very rigid and strong. Most splints that are for carpal tunnel aren't strong enough to hold him. This one doesn't cause redness and rubbing like some do and he finds it to be very comfortable. It's his favorite.

Answer:	I have small hands and the thumb portion covers my whole thumb with mane a 1/4" leftover. Just keep in mind it is adjustable so you can pull it further down on the thumb tightening the wrist strap.
