Question:	Does this fit a larger wrist? How long is it
Answer:	No it will not fit a larger wrist, unless you wrap it so tight that it could be uncomfortable. My wrist measures about 7.5 inches. I need only thumb stabilization so I want a loose fit. I cannot attach the inner velcro (about half an inch wide and 8inches from the wrist edge) unless I make it too tight to wear. Also the second, outer piece of velcro is about 7 inches further along on a wide elastic meant to secure around the wrist. This does not fit around me either unless I stretch the elastic quite tight. I can attach the velcro to the body of the brace, however, it is not as secure as the vertical velcro strip. I doubt this arrangement would be adherent very long, however I only need the brace another few weeks, so am hoping for the best.
Question:	Do you wear it to bed or just during the day
Answer:	I wear it all the time, except when doing something where it would get wet. I think it really depends on how bad your problem is. Mine is bad so always works for me. If you are not sure, try wearing it only while you sleep. If that works for you, Great. If not, then extend the time into the day.

Answer:	I'm not sure of the material but it's very breathable and comfortable. I wear it at night with ease.

Answer:	It wasn't bad. Quality was good but I need to keep my thumb from moving and this just help stabilize it. At first, it appeared to help but after a couple of weeks it wasn't doing the job. Depending on what your need is, this may or may not work. To totally stabilize the thumb, I would not recommend it. I purchased a different one Arrow Splints Thumb Brace | for Arthritis, Trigger Thumb, Carpal Tunnel, Thumb Stabilizer, Tendonitis, Sprain - Thumb Spica Splint is Reversible to fit Right & Left Hand Thumb Splint + Thumb Exerciser which was almost $20 and worth it!. Answer:	This brace was for my partner who has bad night clenching on his right wrist. This is his response: I have a skinny wrist and slender hand, and if I fully put my hand into this brace as shown in the product picture, my hand can still clench but at least my wrist won't flex with it. What I do instead is lower my hand's position a bit further down the brace so that the base of my fingers are hugging the bean-bag. This keeps my fingers and my wrist straight. This has eased a TON of tension in my wrist and has eased a lot of the discomfort/inflammation I've had. Sleeping with this on has been uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it.

It is very good at stabilizing your wrist, but not immobilizing it, your hand will still have about fifteen degrees of movement upward.

Answer:	No, the brace in the palm area is plastic. The description says metal, but the fabric wore through on mine and you can see that it is clearly plastic. This does allow a bit of movement for the wrist, which is okay for me. If you need to totally immobilize your wrist, you would do better with a metal brace.

Question:	Are there any metal splints that will rest against top/back side of the hand? If so, are they removable
Answer:	I have small hands and the thumb portion covers my whole thumb with mane a 1/4" leftover. Just keep in mind it is adjustable so you can pull it further down on the thumb tightening the wrist strap.

Answer:	You can write yes but takes some time to get use to

Answer:	No it is not leather at all. It is a fabric with inserts for support. It also runs a bit small around the arm for anyone without skinny arms. I liked it at first as it was lightweight, however the part of the brace was hard at the base of the thumb and began to cause a problem of pressure on the nerve at the base of my thumb. I had to quit wearing them...I had two of them. So it is best if you look for braces that have a soft cloth texture at the base of the thumb. Its bad enough having carpal tunnel without adding to it with more pain.

Answer:	This brace runs small. I am a woman and although not skinny, this brace was too small for ongoing comfort for me. I adjusted the flaps to help but overtime had problems and pressure that affected nerves at base of thumb.
