Answer:	I use them when doing Nordic Walking with sticks. I have severe arthritis, surgical repair of severed tendons, and carpal tunnel erosions, these braces prevent pain from the impact of the sticks and persistent pain afterward. I can not wear wrist braces long term as immobilizing my wrists and / or elbows causes severe pain. I have been taking Naprosyn for years to combat the inflammation, backed up by occasional injections of steroids, with the braces preventing flair-ups after exercising. Answer:	There are 2 plates. Lay it flat out on a table with the "ace" label facing up. The left plate should curve in an upward direction like taking the shape of your palm. The right plate (which is the one I think you're referring to) is inserted so the curved part faces away from the "ace" label. The straight part is closest to the center of the brace.

Answer:	You can wash it. There is a metal part that slides out. Put the metal part back in when brace is dry.

Answer:	You can try using it as a brace for your wrist, but I am not sure how effective it would be.

Answer:	I don't think so. Only on the palm of your hand.

Answer:	Moderate. There is a metal stick thing that runs on from the palm to the wrist but the rest of the splint is fairly flexible. I use mine to sleep in for carpal tunnel and don't have any issues when it's worn.

Answer:	It really depends on how fat your hands are. If we are talking about the size of a bunch of banana's then you might have a problem. I would think that if your hand is less than six inches wide then it should fit. The material stretches and there are Velcro adjustment straps that allow you to adjust accordingly. The nice feature of this wrist support is the comfort beads that ads comfort to the palm of your hand so you don't feel the metal support strip. Plus you can wear it on either hand.

Answer:	209304 is for left hand, and 209305 is for the right hand

Answer:	My wrist is exactly 6 inches. It works great, I love it, but it's 'close'. You can make the wires very tight. When you make it tight, it cinches together, much like a corset, but for the wrists. One side of the fabric will slip under the other, it overlaps. Because my wrist is small, the brace comes close to not being able to overlap any further without the adjustable knobs interfering. However, there is still alittle room, and I imagine it would also work for someone with a 5 inch wrist. Below that, idk.
