Answer:	I never saw one. I guessed in response to one of the reviews. My son works with his arms and although he is not a really big guy 5"8" and 175 pounds, I went with the large. I guessed correctly. If you are over 200 pounds, you may want to go with a size larger than "large" if there is one.

Answer:	They must run small as I ordered one by their chart I got a med. Arm measured 11.5" and the medium is way too tight. Amazon DOES NOT allow a return and get a different size. Not inner side of arm or outter side but right at the top on the meatiest section nearing the inner side of arm. Fasten velcro not so tight that its uncomfortable but enough that it stays in place. You might feel immediate relief as i did but if not try adjusting position.

Find that Spot

Locate your exterior forearm muscle. Usually, these are found an inch or two below the elbow. (Bending your wrist can help you locate the strained or tension-filled area of the muscles.

Fastened the Strap to a comfortable level

Tighten the arm straps to a snug fit. Be sure to tighten the product so it doesn't move or slip from its position when your arm is in motion.
