Answer: I am GUESSING that it is. The strap is "cushy neoprene," it has a Velcro adjuster, and to me the actual sling feels like a lightweight polyester or poly-cotton blend. The care instructions are to wash with cold water and mild detergent and lay flat to dry. If there is any latex in it, I don't know where they put it. (Note: I still have the original packaging and it doesn't say anything about latex.) Good luck.

Answer: I am a 5 foot 105 pound female and the sling was much too large for me. I wish they provided more measurements. My elbow to knuckle measurement is about 12 inches and even with the straps tightened all the way my arm is not high enough. 2) If you will be using the arm sling on your right arm, the opening of the arm pouch should be pointing to your left.

3) Thread the strap through the loop and pull to tighten.
