Answer:	Usual size but get the wide version. To me it's way more comfortable. Then if wide is not good then go to regular. I started with regular didn't care for her and had to go to wide but was nervous that it wasn't going to be good and I was going to have to go back to regular so I suggest just starting with wide.

Answer:	I purchased regular, they fit great . I wasn't sure either because I go barefoot a lot , I also from time to time where a ankle support. I was told to get wide , if I plan on wearing it ( it's leather and thick ) Hope it helps . William

Answer:	I only hung bath towel and the thin plastic backing (that holds the plastic hook) broke off. I do not recommend for winter coat. You cannot use the hook without plastic backing. Hope this helps..
