Question:	What size are the cloths
Answer:	This is tricky. You have to turn the cot UPSIDE down, then push down on the 4 legs underneath the locking joints and you will hear them "click" into place (you can also leave the cot right side up and hold the legs underneath and push them up toward the sky until they lock). HOWEVER, once you get the right side up, those same 4 legs (that have essentially been pushed "up" to lock the joints) no longer touch the ground. They are about 1 inch OFF the ground. This is quite odd. The cot is still sturdy with the other 6 legs touching the ground, but it seems the engineers mis-measured this aspect of the design.
Question:	Can I use these to clean a menstrual when I'm no the go/ in a public restroom
Answer:	It only moves the bar about 3 inches off the floor. This this is great for putting weight on and taking weights off. That being said, I would NOT recommend getting under the bar with this. If you tried to unrack from that position, it will want to slide around, and it's going to be incredibly difficult and unsafe to re-rack.
