It has a adjustment lever for flame height and can be refilled with butane from *ALMOST ANY BRAND but with repeated use can have buildup if impurities in flame nozzle* Neon brand I prefer without refinement in yellow and red can. Push the butane down with some pressure and when it starts to spray out the sides, that means it's full. I just did it to mine and it worked fine.

Answer:	I have a small dishwasher and I use one 20 gram scoop per load. I don't poor it directly into the cup, but the 20 gram scoop fills it up. If you have a large dishwasher with two cups, or hard water, you might need two scoops. Either way, a 75 oz. box lasts quite awhile. I do know that I have tried both finish and cascade, and I personally much prefer finish.
