FILLING AND RE-FILLING LIGHTER



1. Release all tank pressure by pressing on the adjusted by turning the adjustment wheel on the bottom of the inlet valve with a small screwdriver.Hold the lighter vertical while bleeding valve. Repeat this several times until all fuel/gas pressure is released.



2.Set flame adjustment to lowest setting (-).

3. Turn lighter in upside down position and insert butane tank tip directly on the fuel valve. Press down firmly for about 5 seconds.

4. Before Igniting the Lighter, Please wait 3-4 Minutes. This Allows Excess Butane to Evaporate and gas inside lighter to reach room Temperature.

Step 1: Choose Butane

Choose the right butane is very important for lighters. In general, high purity and high-quality butane can prolong the life of lighters.

In addition, the butane with low purity and poor quality contains too much air, which will cause the lighter to fail or fail to ignite during use.

Step 2: Release Gas

Before refilling a butane torch lighter, it is necessary to drain any remaining fuel from the lighter. 4. When 85% of the lighter fuel tank is bled, please stop and wait for 5-10 minutes for the gas to stabilize and the lighter to reach room temperature.

5. Adjust the flame regulator on the bottom to a proper size before ignition.

Question:	This jet lighter does not ignite properly when it is first received. What is going on
Answer:	On the bottom there is a black circle with a piece that can be lifted up. This is your flame adjustment. In the center of that is a small brass nipple. This is the fill point. Your fuel canister tip should fit on this so you can refuel your lighter by pushing against it with the fuel canister tip that fits this lighter.
Question:	Does this have a built-in cigar puncher
Answer:	To fill you must do the following... 1. First, I recommend waiting for it to be close to empty. Check this on the window on the side. 2. On the bottom, there is an adjustment. Turn it all the way down, towards the minus sign. 3. Using a small tool of some kind, push in on the nozzle that is used to fill the lighter (I use a small flathead screwdriver). This releases the internal pressure of the container. This right here is almost certainly the reason you can't fill your lighter, as the pressure is preventing any new fluid from entering. Any remaining fluid that is inside will disperse during this process, and will be cold, so be carefull. This is why I recommend waiting until it is close to empty. 4. Once there is no more pressure, you can fill the lighter by placing the refill canister's nozzle over the fill nozzle, and press. You need to be holding the lighter upside down for this. I also suggest holding it so that the fill window is facing you, so that you can see when it is full, to prevent overfilling.
Question:	Am i the only one who can't get the hands free lock to work
Answer:	Yes, the noise you hear is the fluid escaping. Once you here the fluid strike the wheel and you'll have a flame. The noise is normal.
Question:	what type of butane dose it need
Answer:	Bottom of lighter open the fill port (which is also the cigar punch). There is a screw adjustment on the fill port that adjusts the flame. Wait ten minutes after filling the lighter so the fuel before adjusting flame. This gets fuel back to room temperature.
Question:	How do you replace the filters
Answer:	It's on the bottom- once you flip it out, you can use it like you would any cigar punch. I actually owned this thing for quite awhile before realizing it had a punch! :)
