Answer:	Well these are usually 1/8 x 1/2 @ 100 links, however if you need something bigger they come in 3/16 x 1/2 which still works on a single speed, just thicker and stronger so it won't stretch as fast.

Answer:	all chains should come with master link; you should always use a chain pin tool to install safely for use. refer to a chain size chart to match chain with your bike specs for safe operation.

Answer:	No this chain uses half links instead of standard links so quick links wouldn't work. It does include a pair of special pins that are supposed be easier to insert but I couldn't get them to work and had to reinsert the original pin and use the chain tool to fine tune and get it to working freely.
