Answer:	Sometimes carbon from candle soot and charring wax produced by candle burn or other sundries sticks on the tips of product will be ignited by electric arc . Answer:	Yes. You def need the angled head or better yet, get one without the cover at all. Also, I prefer one with a physical button, as this has a safety feature requiring you to close the lid each time to re-light again. IDK what the person below is talking about with a weird flavor (using glass. dont know about metal pipes... dont use metal pipes anyway). I have used one of these almost exclusively to light my bowls for the past 6+ months (not this brand. one with physical button). Personally, I feel this is the best way to way to light up.... better than hempwick, herb iron, etc. Again, I would go with one of the stick shaped arc lighters with a physical button for this purpose.

Answer:	I don’t think they’re recyclable in our normal pickup van depending on your location, but you can take your plastic and drop it off at Target, Walmart it some grocery stores. Since it’s from the UK they don’t have the recycle numbers like we have as in plastic being 6. But I drop them off at Walmart or Target. These are vegan, cruelty free, compostable and pretty nice wipes! I don’t believe any wipes packaging is any different than this one unfortunately. So many “green” companies are switching to plastic in hopes to use less resources, but it’s so hard to recycle the wrap. Like Puracy detergents. Question:	Why is it not charging
Answer:	This product seems to have some common electrical flaws.. you will most likely need to replace it. You can try flipping the switch to "on", draining the battery all the way down, then immediately recharging it.. Lio don't like to be fully depleted, but it could reset it. Incidentally, Lio don't like to be kept fully charged as another responder stated; 80% is better for them, but 100% is better than discharged.
Question:	How quickly does it light
Answer:	The arc area is tiny, and you have to keep your hand stable so that light a candle quickly. Maybe it will just take more practice.
Question:	Does it have child safety feature
Answer:	It has an on off switch and you have to actually put your finger between the small gap in order to cause any damage. Other than those features there is nothing specific noted as a child safety feature.
Question:	Can you light logs in fireplace
Answer:	Just like a regular lighter, you can't really just light a log directly with this and expect it to burn. But if you do use some kindling or newspaper and build a "log cabin" log set up (or whatever you prefer) - you will have no problem getting the logs to light. This will light newspaper instantly and light kindling just as well as a normal lighter. Honestly, I would say it works better because you can use it from any angle and hold it down easier.
