Answer:	I’m not sure what the original scent is since I’ve never purchased that type to compare the smell. But these do smell good, in my opinion. I’m not sure how to describe the scent. Maybe fresh? But not artificial fresh. To be safe, I would say that the Tide free and clear is the only true unscented detergent.

Answer:	The water soaks in and stops at a certain point. You can the drain out the excess. Just make sure to have a big enough container for the growth or they spill out and bounce away!

Google “Man fills bathtub and toilet with Orbeez”. So I have been very careful not these beads go anywhere need any drainages.

Answer:	They last a long time. My daughter has had them in a Rubbermaid for over a Month and they’re fine. I don’t know about sanitizing them for a classroom, but they’re going strong! This container also makes about a full Rubbermaid storage bin and filled out entire water table.
