Answer:	Haven't tried it on dress shirts but it did work well on some neck sweat stains on a very light blue golf shirt.

I also carry a folex filled travel size hair spray bottle in my purse at all times for those pesky times I get food stains on my clothing. Question:	I just got my box of Oxyclean and my scoop was shattered to pieces. This is the first box I have purchased so I don't have a scoop. Please help
Answer:	I have both the small jar for my laundry bag (to take the laundry room in my building) and the big box for refilling. The scoops are diff sizes. Here's the breakdown: Small scoop has 1 fill line halfway up that equals exactly 0.7 oz and to the top of the cup is exactly 1.4 oz (just shy of 3 Tbsp / 1.5 oz.). The full line is quite hard to see so I think they do this intentionally so customers run out faster using double as I myself was even filling to the top for ages as I hadn't even noticed the fill line. Instructions say to use 1-3 scoops (I'm assuming to the actual fill line bc to the top is actually 2 scoops) for wash: 1 for regular, more for larger or dirtier loads. 1-2 scoops for HE. 2-4 scoops/gal for soaking tough stains on garments. Large scoop is 4 oz or 1/2 cup and has 4 fill lines (so 2 Tbsp / 1 oz / 1/8 cup per line). Instructions say fill to line 1-3 for washer: 1 for regular, more for larger or dirtier loads. HE: fill to line 1-2. Fill to line 2-4 per gallon water for soaking tough stains on garments. Now just to compare the small scoop says 1-3 scoops per load (0.7 oz - 2.1 oz) and the large scoop says line 1-3 per load (1 oz - 3 oz) so there is a bit of a discrepancy with these dang scoops but close enough I guess. My advice? If u lack a scoop use full oz increments so u can use a baking measuring spoon or cup...but hey you do you boo.

Answer:	I use it alone (without degergent) on bath towels and whites. The towels smell better than when washed in detergent, and they don't get that funky stale smell when they've been folded & in the cabinet for a while. We initially used it alone for all our laundry, until we had issues with a dark colored shirt depositing spots on not-as-dark clothing. The spots did eventually fade away, but we returned to regular detergent for darker colors.

Answer:	I have utilized Folex for 6 yrs. or more and on any/everything. Various fabrics and materials; Carpets-furniture-pillows-mattress-drapes-clothing. I have not experienced any type of discoloration be it leaching, bleaching or otherwise. It leaves no physical or odor residue; needs no rincing nor clean up afteruse. I was most impressed with results when used on boxed/stored sweaters. Unknown at the time, Army contacted packers in Germany had enclosed some hand tools with the sweaters. Stored for year and before box was unpacked, an OK. tornado dropped our 2 story storage barn. When found, tools had rusted dark orange on 2 of my favorite pastel and bright colored stripes across white sweaters. Tried everything possible-no go. Several years later, a friend was using Folex sent to her on a carpet spot when her dog had thrown up. Using a slightly moist cloth to cleaned up the reminents she then sprayed spot with Folex; spot disappeared before my eyes. Humm. I borrowed to try on my sweaters. Sprayed, let set a few minutes, rinsed with cold water-twice, a shadow of the rust stain remained. So, resprayed and lightly rubbed on a pinch of OxiClean (still new to the market at the time, using alone didn't remove the rust stains). Sweaters still look new bought!!! Answer:	My non-expert answer is that a spot is more surface and a stain is more soaked in. Folex will handle most of the small ones, 1" to 6". Others may take a stronger, more industrial application. But for quick clean up of spills and other small stains (especially recent ones) Folex works. I once went out of state and rented a room in someone's basement. The former renter was a student, and spilled drinks and food on the carpet. It took several applications and scrubbings on some spots/stains, but Folex took care of them all.

Answer:	Yes, I use it on my wool carpet and works great. The only caution is to be sure your rug is colorfast - so maybe test small place first.

Answer:	I’ve been using it for my pubic area for about a week now and I see a huge difference. Notice I say pubic area and not vagina, just the triangular area that gets dark and irritate from shaving and waxing. So far I love it. Question:	Can you use this on a fabric couch
Answer:	Yes!I just cleaned a baby rocking chair. It has corduroy cushions off white color. "Baby" is almost 11 yo now. The chair was in a hot attic for years. There were stains from everything from baby burped formula's to marks from Sharpy and Pens. Sharpy's stains left little bit blue residue after multiple applying the product. The fabric is not damaged and no discoloration. May be I just lucky?

Answer:	I have never tried it on micro fiber. I would try it on the underneath side of the sofa with a soft cloth to rub the stain. This is fantastic for carpet and I use a soft brush.

Question:	What about head spot on fabric headboard
Answer:	can't say in that case. K2R is very strong, and a lot would depend on the kind of fabric. It could remove color in some cases. The head spot would basically be skin oils, and I would consider treating it the same way as the collar of a shirt or blouse with something like Shout on a damp sponge. I might also consider recovering the head board with new fabric. see less Corky-G answered on April 12, 2018
Question:	Does this work on clothing? - silk, cotton, others
Answer:	Works GREAT on silk, particularly ties. OK on Cotton, as well. This is a solvent product that does best on oily/greasy stains. If you drop something greasy, like salad dressing on tie, jacket or trousers, it's the best thing going. Doesn't do terrifically well on milk-based stains, but it does remove the grease component.
Question:	Can K2R be used on a 100% polyester tablecloth
Answer:	Yes. I'm quite sure K2r will not damage polyester. It's best for greasy stains and can be used on fabrics as delicate a silk. I think the only way to damage polyester is with fire! LOL! Best wishes!
