Answer:	Our soap is basically made of oils, shea butter and water. The process we use to produce the soap is called cold process soap-making. Since the soap has no preservatives, consumers should take a couple of steps to ensure maximum life and enjoyment from the soap. If left in water or if water is constantly dripping on the soap it will melt and turn into lotion. We suggest removing the soap from the shower and place it on a soap dish. Preferably, a slatted soap dish. If you remove the soap from water it should last as long as commercial soap; however because of the difference people feel on their skin and the nice scent many people take longer showers or baths. I should also mention that using a soap mitt or luffa will also cut down on the amount of soap being used and increase the lather. I hope this helps.

Answer:	All of our soap is made in the USA?
Question:	I cannot get the pumps to open. They don't seem to work
Answer:	The box is generic. We recently changed the soap to have a blend. We found that the scent burnt off in the curing process. We add a premium fragrance to optimize the scent. We only make old fashioned cold process soap. If other vendors say they are using only sandalwood oil and the soap has a strong scent, then they are most likely adding some form of fragrance.
Question:	Made in China or Italy
Answer:	We use a soap making technique called the cold process method. We believe it makes the best quality soap. The process generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks. We tried using only sandalwood essential oil but the scent was too light. We came up with a custom blend that has a long last scent.
