Answer:	They make equipment that will give pressure info but it is cost prohibitive. On this unit you adjust by flame height and your preference for how quickly you want to accomplish your task. For boiling water i would think you probabl want pretty close to max open. When you state that it is turning, what is turning? If it is the control knob then there is a problem with it. You should be able to set it where you want the flame height at and it should stay on that setting. I wiuld investigate the control knob to see if you can adjust the tension or if there is a way to click or lock it into place when you are setting it. If not, I would think that the unit has a defect and return it or swap it for a new one. The person who I bought one for has not had any problems and says he loves it. But he mostly just uses it to heat water and the one he had previously was ony from 1 to 10 lbs and had a shutoff built in at seven minutes, so I was not surprised that he is very happy with it. I hope this helps you , though I realize it does not fix your problem.

Answer:	Yes, this just happened to me I can tell you that it was normal for the first half of the bottle, but the 2nd half was so thick that I had to thin it with lots of water (I used filtered water as the water is so hard in Southern California). In reference to another post below re: how cold affects its thickness, it hasn't been cold in Southern California for a long time, so other than air-conditioning I was puzzled by how it was all of a sudden as thick as mashed potatoes, for lack of another suitable simile. But I had not noticed, again referring to another post below, that the bottle said on the back that it was too be diluted, but both those posts are 2 and 3 years old, respectively, and this may be, by now, a totally newly formulated product, so take all of this into consideration. I mainly use this for my blacks to keep them, well, black! Plus 70% of my wardrobe is black, so I use it a lot for my clothes, but I live alone so it lasts a long time which may also have some relation to the thickening mystery.

Answer:	They make noise, but nothing to crazy the are balls in the dryer I wouldn't expect and less

I finally had to replace them after 8 months (purchased in April, replaced in Dec same year) which was perfectly fine with me. I knew I needed to replace when they left linty residue behind on a load of shirts for the first time ever (looked like I owned an animal which we don't). I recently bought a different brand (hand made in the USA) and was really disappointed. Looks like they will shed after only a couple uses. I am back to buy these again instead. Just wish they made the dark wool one's so I could alternate & stretch out the usage longer!
