These are what transfers power to the heating head. Make sure the they are touching the head, the area they touch is clean. If ok. Then you will need an Ohm meter to go any further. Check at each of the brass bars on the heating head and you should get about 13 Ohms. A little higher is Ok but if much higher heater is open. Then check with great Northern for parts. MAKE SURE UNIT IS UNPLUGGED WHILE DOING THESE CHECKS AND TESTS. Good luck |

| Answer: | It does not have a timer . Overnight you can switch to cold beverage dispenser mode ( keeping cold but not frozen) ,the following morning you can switch from cold beverage dispenser mode to slushie mode and in 10/15 minutes you can have slushie ready |
