Question:	Can Murphy oil soap be used to clean porcelain floors
Answer:	I would not hesitate. Just add to warm water and mop. If you're concerned about the grout you may want to do a patch test. I clean all my floors and I have satillo tiles downstairs.
Question:	Can I use this on laminate cabinets
Answer:	that depends on what type of laminate materials are used in the making of your cabinets. For example most are made from a hard plastic in which case the oils in Murphy's would be of no real value they may get clean and smell nice but as the oils will not penetrate. Although some laminates are made of thin layers of actual real wood and as such may gain some value from the oils in Murphy's you should find out if your cabinets are either high or low pressure as I would be careful to not over use any oils on low pressure wood materials.I strongly recommend that you consult with your cabinet maker as to what clear to be using.
Question:	Can I use it on my bamboo floors
Answer:	Murphy's is recommended for finished wood floors. If your bamboo floors are not finished we do not recommend the use of this product.
Question:	How effective is this for removing grease from the cabinets
Answer:	I can't be sure since I don't have this problem; however, when I moved into my apartment the original wood plank floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and had places where there was tons of grime. The apartment had been cleaned, but it looked like they just dust mopped the floors or something. :( I had to wash the floors on hands and knees. I filled a very large bucket with hot water (wore gloves) and the oil soap mixed at a ratio as per the instructions suggested. I used a soft bristle cleaning brush to scrub the grime off first, then went back over again with cleaning rags. I had to change my bucket water about 3 or 4 times! That's how dirty the water was!!! But the floors were gorgeous afterwards. They looked so beautiful and again, they are the original wood floors that were from when the house was built in the 70s! Now, I keep a glass spray bottle with a mixture of water and the oil soap and just mop the floor that way. I only do the 'hand and knees' thing maybe once every 8 months or so. It works wonderfully! So, to answer your question in a long and not-so-direct way, I don't see why this wouldn't work for you to remove grease from your cabinets. Good luck!

Answer:	It will lay flat. The material seems to be very similar to a mouse pad. Its about 2MM thick and has a similar thin synthetic fine weave cloth like top layer, a rubber/foam like center and a thin rubber layer on the bottom. It has a decent heft to it and is very flexible so that helps it lay flat as well. I do like this mat as the size gives me a lot more working space which also provides more protection for your table/desk, etc.

There is nothing worse than pulling up water that is not clean after you have used the machine at least twice. It is discouraging and disgusting. That is why I LOVE this one, it cleans using very little of the 2x solution (a small bottle is included) and then removes the water leaving you with a clean, dry floor without streaks. It is lightweight and I am nor writhing in pain when I finish.
Question:	How it cleaning corners and along baseboards? Does the unit go all the way to the baseboards
Answer:	To answer your question specifically, no, the machine cannot go flush up against the baseboard and into corners because the cleaning brushes are recessed a small distance from the front edge of the machine. There is also a small area on either side of a threshold when moving from one room to another which the machine doesn't clean very well. This happens with a change from one flooring material to another (i.e., vinyl to tile, vinyl to wood, wood to marble). But, overall, these baseboard, corner and threshold areas are small enough that I can use a soft cleaning tool such as a mop or sponge, to my satisfaction. I hope this helps.Judy

Answer:	Yes, but I would not apply it because it might flake off when it is worned down over time. You can try it and it would come off with a degreeser .
Question:	Is this a permanent shin or can it be easily removed
Answer:	I don't see why not. However, I've used it on cushioned vinyl only and am well pleased with the results. You can apply multiple layers over an extended period of time and the shine just keeps getting better. Experiment with a small area and let it set for a few days. That should give you the answer.
