Answer:	I just got this to clean the range hood vent that was caked with this old gummy grease when I moved in. I got it mostly clean after three times of spraying, letting it soak a few minutes, then scrubbing with a microfiber washcloth. Four time, mostly clean. It's fine, but I'm not impressed. I was hoping it's be more effective.

It works for the vast majority of the burned stains. I have never used the Grate Cleaner so I cannot comment on it. I may buy it just to try it, too.

Question:	Can you use on urine stains and oders
Answer:	If you have bought this product to kill covid19 or flu viruses it is not going to work and you are actually putting yourself at risk to believe it "fights germs". That said it does smell nice and works well to clean and is pet friendly. It's just doesn't do anything else. Like protect you.

Answer:	This product is excellent for dissolving cooked on grease on a stove top. It doesn’t remove rust in my experience.

Answer:	My gas range top is black (shiny) and it works well. For me, I make sure after cleaning with the cleaner, I wipe it down with either a clean soft cloth or a paper towel to remove any residue.

Answer:	Our Easy-Off Heavy Duty Degreaser is meant to be used for exterior parts of the oven, such as the hood and stove. For interior cleaning please try our Easy-off Oven and Grill Cleaner.

Answer:	What does the manual say about using cleaner in side of it ! Unless the manual says you can I really wouldn’t because it could mess up your air fryer but you can try some really hot water and it might help
Question:	Can this be used on oven racks
Answer:	Are they built with different material? I can't imagine not being self cleaning would effect anything differently. There's an option to just turn the oven to 270 degree and then spray (after oven is off) let sit for 15 min and wipe. It seems pretty mild but works really well.
Question:	Can this be used to clean the inside of an air fryer? if not, can anyone tell me what can be used to clean the inside of a ninja xl air fryer
Answer:	You can. It does leave a little film but if you rinse it well it may do the trick. I had a heavy grease build up and Weiman stainless steel cleaner did the trick!! Even though I don't have a stainless steel stove top. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I have not tried this on the over door. I, usually, use a razor blade to remove the baked on grease before I use the auto cleaning on the oven. Give it a try it might work on the oven door class after you clean the oven.
Question:	Is there a way to just buy the red pad cleaner
Answer:	You can do both, you will just want to make sure to rinse out any soap. Then let the scrubbing pad air dry before the next use.

Answer:	Does not scratch top at all. Cleans very well-I could not be without it! I have had my stove for 10 years and always use this when I have accidents (like letting a pot of potatoes boil over, ect)! My stovetop looks brand new>I don" use it every time I cook just when stuff get on burners>

Answer:	Not sure what you are expecting of it. I find it works best on textiles. It would certainly clean wood and most wood finishes, but I suspect there are other things that might work better. A very good mild cleaner that is most wood friendly is Murphy's Oil Soap

Answer:	If you are still in the process of removing the grease from your stove hoods, mix Dawn with Spray Nine so it will stick to the hood and give spray nine a chance to lift the grease without so much work from you. Another option for you is 50/50 of dawn & vinegar overnight, rinse and then clean with spray nine full strength.

Answer:	For urine, you're better off with an enzymatic cleaner. Nature's Miracle Stain and Odor Remover is an excellent one. They market it for pet accidents, but it's excellent at cleaning human stains as well.
