Question:	does it scratch the glass top
Answer:	Make sure any burnt on food is fully scraped off with the razor. I have had to go back and re-scrape things for the best shine. Also make sure the razor is sharp. I recommend replacing it every 2-3 uses, however I get a lot of food burnt on it.
Question:	how many times can I use the same pad
Answer:	I always "buff out" my cooktop with a clean paper towel when I'm done cleaning it. I do this whether I am using this product or any other. Doesn't require any special force, just wipe the cooktop with a clean, dry paper towel. I get a nice shiny cooktop that looks the same as when I first got the stove.
Question:	What is your "process" for your best results

Answer:	I tried rubbing some on the bottom of a stainless steel pot that had some burned on residue...it took some rubbing, but burnt on stuff that my regular dish detergent didn't take off came off with the Ceramabyte. However, Ceramabyte makes a product specifically for stainless steel. It got high reviews, but one person said it streaked and left smudges. With this product, you HAVE to use a clean dry cloth (or paper toweling) and completely rub the product off after you've finished removing the dirt and grease. And, it's important not to use too much...I just use a few drops on my cooktop...otherwise it does take much longer to get all the residue off and leave it spotless. The stainless steel cleaner can also be purchased with a special scrub pad. I'm going to buy a bottle myself for my oven door and refrigerator!
Question:	How do i change the blade
Answer:	We would recommend cleaning and removing residue with one cloth. If the surface is not completely dry after removing the light residue, then we would recommend buffing the surface with a secondary soft clean cloth. This will help remove any haze left from the product.

Answer:	The cleaner is made specifically for the glass top which is the only way I’ve used it and product nails it! I don’t think it would be harmful, but I doubt it would be effective in the way an oven cleaner would deliver. Hope you find this helpful!

Answer:	Hi Jennifer - To clarify, none of the various BKF products are exactly the same. This formula utilizes citric acid rather than oxalic. Can't speak specifically to aquarium use (presuming hard water stains/mineral deposits?) but, aside from the main use as a cooktop cleaner, we get many positive responses from those who have used it to remove hard water buildup/soap scum from shower door glass, etc. as long as the buildup isn't too severe. Then BKF Cleanser or Soft Cleanser would probably be the "go to", in that case. The Dual Fish scrubber sponge is quite good and the plastic scraper with 5 plastic blades should help your cleaning efforts, as well. Hope that helps!

Question:	can you use the microfiber cloth on a glass cooktop
Answer:	Yes, absolutely. I have found that the silver/grey microfiber works really well on stainless appliances, but it's fine to use with the cooktop spray on your glass cooktop as well. This stuff if the best cleaner I have ever used. You'll want to get some of their red, soft abrasive pads and the cream as well. This is best for quick wipe ups after cooking light meals/non-grease splatter, etc. but for anything that's burnt on, you'll need the cream cleaner and the scrub pad.

Answer:	I sometimes need a razor blade if anything is stuck on the cooktop, but I just usually only need the pads and cleaner.
Question:	Will the pads go on the plastic handle from a previous order
Answer:	I don't know as we have never had a plastic handle. The times we have ordered the product, we have received the bottle and the nylon pad only. It works great by just holding the pad and wiping the stove top.

Answer:	I don’t know if it contains sand. I just know it’s the best product I ever used on my glass top stove. It doesn’t scratch it. It’s a miracle product.
Question:	Does this product contain plastic micro Beads
Answer:	There are some tiny little granuals but I don’t know if they’re plastic. They are not gritty and they don’t appear until you’re scrubbing. I only see them on the paper towel, not on my stove top.

Looks easy and not difficult BUT they recomend not to change because of the chance of cutting yourself but it can be done, looks simple to me.

Answer:	On the back there is a slot to push open with a coin - then the blade is exposed and can be replaced

Answer:	There is a tab just under the 800 number. Lift up on the tab and the two sides will separate. Change the blade and slide the sides back together. Very easy!

Answer:	Yes you can change the blade but it is not obvious. On the back there is a tab right below where it says "Made in USA". Pull it up so that it goes over the lip and slide until the two sides come apart. It takes standard razor blades. This is one reason this scraper is very good. It protects by allowing you to close it so no one gets accidentally cut.
