Answer:	Absolutely! This is the best product discovery I've had in years, and recommend it to everyone. My older dog has decided she doesn't like going out to potty. Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	Yes. I used it on a coil spring mattress with a slim memory foam top and just sprayed and left it on with a mattress cover over it (you could use towels as well) and just left it like that. Next time I checked the stains had disappeared. Worked perfectly.

1. Blot up any excess material until your blotting cloth does not transfer any more liquid.

2. Use the stream setting on the spray nozzle, and thoroughly soak the stain to twice the size of the stained area because the stain may have spread on the backing of your carpet.

3. If necessary, allow the formula one to two hours to work. Repeat as needed until the stain is gone.

4. Blot the area with a wet rag to rinse the treated area.

5. For vomit and feces stains, use paper towels to remove as much of the debris without rubbing the stain in. Work from the outside in to minimize spreading the stain.

6. For stains that are old or just not coming out, be sure to heavily saturate the stain with formula. Use more than you think you should!

Answer:	Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it gets rid of smoke. This carpet deodorizer helps freshen up the rooms in my house temporarily while it's on the carpet, but once I vacuum, the scent is no longer. Basically, it's a temporary fix. I used to smoke in my car. I have quit smoking and wanted to get rid of the cig smell so I ordered bamboo charcoal air purifier bag, and it has gotten rid of the smoke scent in my car. You may want to check it out. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	Hmmm, I don't see why not. It's just a powder that you sprinkle on (heavier for strong smells), let it sit for about a half hour and vacuum it up.

Answer:	No! I would use the hot water first on the area, and then apply liberally Simple Solution for stain and odor control.
Question:	Does it help stop dogs from marking on the same spot? How does it smell
Answer:	Well, my dog doesn't have a marking problem, but my cat had a habit of peeing in the same place if for some reason she didn't want to use the litter box or access to the litter box was blocked, and I feel pretty confident that this removes all trace because after I started using this she stopped going back to the same spot and started using her box again. Before I was cleaning the floor up with just about every cleaning solution you can imagine and it didn't seem to help, she'd just keep returning to the scene of the crime. As for the smell, it smells like a mild cleaning solution. It definitely isn't terrible, I've never been bothered by it.
Question:	What is the difference between this product and 'Simple Solution Stain & Odor Remover Gallon w/ LED Urine Finder Light'? gadget or formula diff
Answer:	I initially purchased Simple Solution's regular "Stain & Odor Remover" and then the 2nd time I purchased the "EXTREME Stain & Odor Remover" . Both are specific for pet messes such as urine, feces and vomit and include Pro-Bacteria and enzymes that break down the organic proteins to neutralize odors, however, Extreme is 3X concentrated. You don't mix either with water, both are safe around pets and children and can be used on any water safe surface. DIFFERENCES: The less concentrated one you have to let it sit for 10 minutes or more and the Extreme only 5 minutes or more. I also noticed that the regular "Stain & Odor Remover" smells good since it's less concentrated.As far as the light, it's suppose to locate areas on walls, etc, where urine is that you can't see. I havent found them useful at all since it lights up other things such as lent and other particles. You can buy them at most stores for around $5.00.

Answer:	I have utilized Folex for 6 yrs. or more and on any/everything. Various fabrics and materials; Carpets-furniture-pillows-mattress-drapes-clothing. I have not experienced any type of discoloration be it leaching, bleaching or otherwise. It leaves no physical or odor residue; needs no rincing nor clean up afteruse. I was most impressed with results when used on boxed/stored sweaters. Unknown at the time, Army contacted packers in Germany had enclosed some hand tools with the sweaters. Stored for year and before box was unpacked, an OK. tornado dropped our 2 story storage barn. When found, tools had rusted dark orange on 2 of my favorite pastel and bright colored stripes across white sweaters. Tried everything possible-no go. Several years later, a friend was using Folex sent to her on a carpet spot when her dog had thrown up. Using a slightly moist cloth to cleaned up the reminents she then sprayed spot with Folex; spot disappeared before my eyes. Humm. I borrowed to try on my sweaters. Sprayed, let set a few minutes, rinsed with cold water-twice, a shadow of the rust stain remained. So, resprayed and lightly rubbed on a pinch of OxiClean (still new to the market at the time, using alone didn't remove the rust stains). Sweaters still look new bought!!! Previously, could get only from a Houston, Tx. Walmart, purchased by friend's daughter and mailed to us. SO very happy to find Folex accessible on Amazon! I ordered a gallon & 1/2 ... just in case. Answer:	My non-expert answer is that a spot is more surface and a stain is more soaked in. Folex will handle most of the small ones, 1" to 6". Others may take a stronger, more industrial application. But for quick clean up of spills and other small stains (especially recent ones) Folex works. I once went out of state and rented a room in someone's basement. The former renter was a student, and spilled drinks and food on the carpet. It took several applications and scrubbings on some spots/stains, but Folex took care of them all.

Answer:	Yes, it took me a couple of applications of rubbing or blotting gently but it did come out. I was amazed, shocked and surprised all at the same time because it worked. Couldn't believe it. I had white/eggshell covered dining room chairs that someone had spilled purplish blue ink, looked like from a pen. And a professional fabric cleaner told be that they would not be able to get that out. Had stumbled across Folex and tried it on my carpet worked like magic.
