Answer:	I keep mine in the fridge, only because the first mix I tried had a two week life. This doesn't have that limit. I still go through it quicker than it could go bad.

Answer:	The bottle suggests a 5 to 1 ratio. 50 ml of bourbon to 10 ml syrup. I just made my first drink with 4 oz bourbon and 1 oz syrup. Not bad, but just a touch on the sweet side.

Answer:	No bitter needed. I do however muddle a cherry and sometimes a small slice of orange with mine but neither are really needed.
