Question:	Should I tear off the blue paper
Answer:	4 in each pack. But, I would not recommend this product! It actually stained my toilet bowls with blue streaks that would not come off even with bleach. I finally got the off by fading them with oxyclean powder and white vinegar in a paste. But I had to apply it several times before the stains were completely gone. It also created a blackish thick film in the tank that had to be scrubbed and scraped off.

Answer:	The co2 cartridges (chargers) are single use. The contents of the co2 cartridge is expelled when you press the button. This co2 gas pushes the water/waste forcefully through the pipes to clear the blockage (clog). Each use requires one co2 cartridge (charger).
Question:	Can you use other types of Co2 cylinders like 16g to get two shots or will you just get a more powerful one shot
Answer:	No. You cannot use larger cylinders. Physically, they will not fit. Also, the 8g is very powerful. In the 3 years that I have personally used this product, only twice did I have to use 2 cylinders to clear a stubborn clog.
Question:	Does it have any negative effects on septic systems
Answer:	It should work just fine with a properly installed and maintained system. The most powerful part of the pressure will be its initial release, and depending upon the trapped air (p-traps, j-traps along the way), actual pipe size, bends, connections, and the make-up of the actual clog (will the clog absorb some of the pressure) the clog will be dislodged and subsequently pushed through the entire length of pipe before even reaching the actual septic part of your system... The CO2 is only 8grams (tiny cylinder) and it starts to lose it effectiveness within the first meter (3 ft) or two.

Answer:	I don't know exactly what you think is a really bad clog but This product worked GREAT for me... I had a toilet that kept getting clogged. No matter how many times we used a regular plungerit never 100% got cleared. that is until I used the sureplunge. One shot of air was all it took to clear the debris and it's been 6 months and it's still unclogged. My favorite part about this plunger is the fact you don't have to repeatedly plunge. It takes about a minute to put together and use. My only advice is to make sure you hold it tight when using because the air makes it slightly kick back.

Answer:	It does turn the tank and bowel blue, but doesn’t permanently stain them. The tablet lasts a few weeks and then I waited a few weeks to put another one in. In between, neither the tank nor the bowel was stained blue. It does help hard water stains. Still requires a little scrubbing, but not as much as without the tablet.
