Answer:	I have tried both and neither product worked on my shower doors very well, it almost appears as though the water marks are etched into the glass so I am not sure anything will work. I tried the bio clean on my kitchen sink and it worked like a dream on hard water stains (white residue), I had already tried two other products on the sink and the Bio Clean finally worked, I was extremely happy as my sink now looks brand new. I will try the Driven on my house windows soon to see if it works well there.
Question:	Would this remove grout haze on a tile
Answer:	I love this product for removing hard water spots. It’s kind of a gritty paste. I apply with a damp wash cloth and then rinse with shower head. Hard Water spots are gone! To repel water I would use an additional water repellant product.

Answer:	...well, somewhat, yes. I guess I think of it as having more the consistency of a liquid wax. (...a watery cream perhaps, but definitely not like an ammonia type glass cleaner if that is what you are asking.) ...hope this helps!

Answer:	No. It contains surfactants (soap). While mildly basic, it isn't to a point it will be corrosibe to metal.

Answer:	I do not know - it doesn’t look like it, but you may want to ask the company who sells it as you may have to ship it back for a replacement blade-just guessing at this.

Answer:	I just used the one that came attached to the hanger. I assume the second one is in case you need to move the hanger or if the first tape fails.

Answer:	Yes. I found the spray nozzle type mostly on line. Works well. I don’t use it weekly, mostly 2-3 weeks, and it works fine at those intervals.

Answer:	I have used this product in the shower for about 3 to 4 weeks. I had used a different but similar product prior to using Wet and Forget Weekly Shower spray and have a water softener. So far no hard water spots or deposits have developed. I think over time crusty deposits like on the shower head will be dissolved. That was my experience several years ago when I first started using after shower sprays.

Answer:	Blue is very similar to yellow bristle not to noticeable , both medium stiffness . Blue- slightly softer than yellow / yellow medium /green slightly stiffer than yellow most universal colors blue/yellow/green similar stiffness . white - soft like toothbrush bristle/ Red noticeably stiffer than yellow medium hard bristle. Answer:	Yes it will. That is most likely calcium deposits. Just lower the water below that level. Apply it full strength and let sit 10 min. Then wipe and rinse. It won't hurt the pH either.

Answer:	Not sure. I started using it after my tib was refinished . You are never supposed to use bleach on a tub. That turns it yellow and harms the finish. It maintains my tub whiteness and smooth finish. I dont think it will turn yellow white but stay away from bleach and abrasive cleaners.

Answer:	Hi, The red pads are a little more abrasive then the white pads. I would use the white pads on the shower door and save the red pads for some different surfaces. Thanks

Answer:	I have used it on glass and on a shower which is not tile, and I assume it is a type of plastic. I have not seen a scratch.
Question:	Does the Oxi version disinfect
Answer:	Mine was lumpy. Also thick. But it worked great! Make sure to wet the surfs and let it set a couple of minutes
Question:	Is the Oxi version of Soft Scrub safe for septic systems
Answer:	It is better to drain the tub first. However if you are just cleaning the water ring and such with little amounts of cleaner and not doing the whole tub, you can doing that. We recommend draining and rinsing.
