Answer:	I gave the necklace as a gift, I recall that the space above the stone that the bend in the setting should allow a 2mm chain with lobster claw to pass throught. The pendant was very nice, I was very pleased with the quality and the size of the stone and overall setting. It was well received by my daughter.

Answer:	2 good looking clippers in a good looking case. The larger is about 3” ling and the smaller is about 2”. Plenty sharp enough to cut my fingernails and toenails

Answer:	There's no marking on the clippers or carrying case so it's an unknown.
Question:	Can this be used on dark wood
Answer:	These nail clippers are very petite. They work great on my 12 lb dog but I used them on my friends 20 lb westie poo whose nails are much thicker than my dogs and found it difficult. I would order a bigger size for her. I was surprised how thick and different the different breeds nails can be! So look at your dogs nails first. If they are thin and small these will be fine, if they are thick get the bigger size.

Answer:	We have the textured side with the logo up. No need for a pad for the mouse it works on the mat.
Question:	Can I use it on plastic bedroom set furniture
Answer:	The desk pad can easily be wiped down using a moist paper towel. For more aggressive cleaning, you can use some light dish soap on a paper towel to wipe down the top surface. Just don't use an abrasive cleaner on the synthetic leather.
Question:	Would this product safely clean kitchen cabinets that are painted with low sheen - almost matte painted surface
Answer:	I don’t know sorry. I ordered off white and had to return it because it didn’t match the decor. It was a quality product and I would’ve kept it if it matched.

Answer:	Mine was shipped flat, but we still laid books on it for a couple of days to get it really flat. Plus it was in the summer with higher humidity.

Question:	Can Murphy oil soap be used to clean porcelain floors
Answer:	I would not hesitate. Just add to warm water and mop. If you're concerned about the grout you may want to do a patch test. I clean all my floors and I have satillo tiles downstairs.
Question:	Can I use this on laminate cabinets
Answer:	that depends on what type of laminate materials are used in the making of your cabinets. For example most are made from a hard plastic in which case the oils in Murphy's would be of no real value they may get clean and smell nice but as the oils will not penetrate. Although some laminates are made of thin layers of actual real wood and as such may gain some value from the oils in Murphy's you should find out if your cabinets are either high or low pressure as I would be careful to not over use any oils on low pressure wood materials.I strongly recommend that you consult with your cabinet maker as to what clear to be using.
Question:	Can I use it on my bamboo floors
Answer:	Murphy's is recommended for finished wood floors. If your bamboo floors are not finished we do not recommend the use of this product.
Question:	How effective is this for removing grease from the cabinets
Answer:	I can't be sure since I don't have this problem; however, when I moved into my apartment the original wood plank floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and had places where there was tons of grime. The apartment had been cleaned, but it looked like they just dust mopped the floors or something. :( I had to wash the floors on hands and knees. I filled a very large bucket with hot water (wore gloves) and the oil soap mixed at a ratio as per the instructions suggested. I used a soft bristle cleaning brush to scrub the grime off first, then went back over again with cleaning rags. I had to change my bucket water about 3 or 4 times! That's how dirty the water was!!! But the floors were gorgeous afterwards. They looked so beautiful and again, they are the original wood floors that were from when the house was built in the 70s! Now, I keep a glass spray bottle with a mixture of water and the oil soap and just mop the floor that way. I only do the 'hand and knees' thing maybe once every 8 months or so. It works wonderfully! So, to answer your question in a long and not-so-direct way, I don't see why this wouldn't work for you to remove grease from your cabinets. Good luck!

Answer:	I have not used the product on kitchen cabinets but it has worked very effectively in cleaning a 65 year old piece of antique furniture. It took three applications to clean off years of old grime without affecting the original finish of the furniture.
Question:	Will this work on Espresso finish cabinets that show fingerprints
Answer:	I got this for my 94 year old mother in law that has used it for many years on her birch kitchen cabinets . That is all she ever uses on the cabinets. Don’t know about espresso cabinets.

Answer:	My cabinet tops are less than 3 years old. The Magic Wood Deep cleaner has removed scratches and any marks that pop up on my cabinets.
