Answer:	The three larger brushes have stiff bristles, but the smallest brush is much softer. The second brush in the picture has a wider area then the others, which have about a 1/4 inch wide group of stiff bristles. The large brush with the big hand grip is my favorite to get the rough work done, then follow up with the smaller brushes. The little brush that looks like a pencil has limited use. Plan to buy a set of knee pads because you can't do this standing up.

Answer:	I use the Bona Hardwood mop motion to apply. Just spray and mop. You don't need to use pressure. I mop the floors every other week so there is not much dirt build up. Don't use like you would do with water. Spray once then mop, spray again then mop.

Answer:	Once it is applied do not use any cleaner etc on glass!! We squeegee after each shower. Apply once a month or a little longer. You can kind of see when it needs it. Answer:	Sorry, not sure how it would work in dirty outside conditions. Having said that, I don't think of this product as one that repels dirt. On inside glass, it simply makes it easier to keep glass cleaner looking by keeping soap film from sticking to the glass. If glass gets dirty, and you wash it with soap and water, it looks cleaner and more transparent because no soap film forms. The product also makes it easier to clean dirt off.
Question:	I've just installed new clear glass shower doors, How should it be applied? with a cloth or can I spray it on and use a squeege? Thank You
Answer:	We were advised to used a microfiber cloth. Our installer instructed us not to use a squeegee at all (ever). This might be over-the-top, but he advised us to dry the doors after each use with a cloth. We use a Sham-wow. Remember to reapply the Blue Diamond every 3 months.
