Answer:	Not sure about the gaming part of it. I install it in one of my corporate customers workstation computers and it is doing well. The computer is in use at least 10 hours a day.

Answer:	I believe it does -- it has a rather ingenious 6-pin connector with two of them able to "slide back" to provide a 4-pin connector. My application required a 4-pin connector, so I slid the two pins back, and it worked perfectly first time. It is a little light on the number of "old-style" "Molex" drive connectors, in favor of lots of SATA connectors -- but it had enough "old style" connectors for my ancient home-brew computer. As I recall it has a similar arrangement for a 20/24-pin connector as well.

Answer:	I am inclined to say "yes", however, you may have to be a little careful with Dells, at least in My experience, Dells tend to use quirky internal set ups. With that being said, if you can open your case and the internal design is standard, then yes, it probably could. I have been running it for about a year with an i5 processor, a mid-ranged graphics card, etc... and it has worked just fine. It also very quiet, at least the one I have is.
