Answer:	There is a coated side that prevents wet from soaking in.I have used mine for staining wood to prevent from soaking thru to table. It worked great , I cannot vouch for wrapping and freezing meat but it is coated and light weight enough to wrap meat .I don’t think it is heavy enough for storing long term in a freezer for longer than 4 or so months .

Answer:	As best as I know, these are the brightest made for any flashlight. I suggest you check the internet for information about lumens, etc. I would also advise you to be very careful about what you buy. I bought a 12 pack of D batteries from this vendor and not one of them worked. The box was the same as pictured here and said "New".

Answer:	The date is very small on the bottom of the battery. Just received a box of 8, expiration 02/2025.

Answer:	9V alkaline batteries are meant for low current applications. If subjected to high current they will suffer voltage depression (aka droop) below the typical target range needed for a 9V battery. In other words try to keep the current under 80mA unless you just don't care about voltage droop and even then, you might be better off with a 4 x AA battery and a boost circuit to achieve the target voltage if the current is much over 150mA.

Answer:	In my review (http://www.amazon.com/review/RNAU5AWNID6IA/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm) I provided detailed measurements and pictures of the batteries and side by side comparisons.The AmazonBasics and a Utilitech "heavy duty" battery, neither of which fit my CO detector, were both right about 0.6mm longer and 0.6mm fatter than a standard Duracell battery which did fit my CO detector. It seems these are the "big" 9v's (Possibly "Heavy duty"?). They do fit in my smoke detectors, but it really comes down to whether you have a cramped battery compartment or one that does weird things to connect the battery. You should probably pass if that's the case or if you've had issues installing your current batteries.

Answer:	According to the Energizer specification sheets, they are approximately 650 mAH, estimating from the available discharge graphs see http://data.energizer.com/pdfs/l522.pdf. I am not sure how they can be called "longest lasting" when there are 1200 mAH batteries available on Amazon.

Answer:	Nope, different. "9V Ultimate lithium" are Energizer's current product. Energizer '9V Advanced lithium' has been discontinued so I'd bet that those are old stock. Be sure to check the expiration date. BP-2 just indicates there are two batteries in each individual package. No designation, A plain BP, or Bp-1 would indicate a single battery per package. BP4 would be a 4 pack, etc.

Answer:	That's an interesting question that I hadn't thought of. The smoke detectors connected to my alarm system do use lithium batteries although they're not this type of battery. I've heard that you shouldn't use lithium batteries in smoke detectors because they don't gradually die like alkaline batteries and might not give the detector time to chirp before the battery dies. I would expect the alarm to sound well before the lithium battery explodes.

Answer:	I just received the box of 9V batteries on Jan-5, 2018. The "use before" date is March 2022. The box is labeled "Made in China" in fine print on the bottom of the box; and each battery is individually labeled "Made in China" on the side. A previous box I purchased in summer 2015 were dated "use before Mar-2019" and labeled "Assembled in USA".

Answer:	So I have the original packaging and a couple of the actual batteries and I am not seeing on either a mah rating. I haven't seen to many alkaline batteries with the rating. Usually more of a rechargeable battery rating.

Answer:	The spec sheet doesn't say that number outright. However, if you use a 5v useable voltage cutoff (which they do in the data sheet), the battery will go 310 Hours at 2ma (620mAh), and at 10ma it will go 60h (600mAh). So there ya go. However, if you're using a 9V, your circuit probably needs at least 7V to run, so keep that in mind while choosing capacity.
