Answer:	Mine didn't...The bottle came in a sealed plastic, but the bottle itself didn't have a safety seal.
Question:	Is this the same product as Eco-Me by Suzy
Answer:	I think so but I stopped buying this product. When I first started buying this brand is was great. My first three orders were excellent and then I received the next order and it was horrible. Clearly they changed the product and I tried to deal with the manufacturer and they refused to admit they changed the product. It looked like they took a cheap store bought liquid and poured it into the bottles. There was no longer a seal on the bottles either. It smelled bad and irritated my skin. I was able to get a refund. I now buy the Better Life No Regrets liquid hand soap. I also order the Better life hand soap directly through their website. I had problems purchasing their products through Amazon.
