Answer:	Hello Julia- The Pine Sol (as you stated) etched your marble because it is acidic. Our Phosphoric Acid Cleaner is an acidic based cleaner that will only etch your marble further. You will need some type of restoration process to correct the etching you have on your marble. Our Mira Hone might be able to assist you in restoring the marble, but any honing/polishing powder will only be as effective as the condition the stone is in. Answer:	They never delivered the product which was ordered in March. I have been trying since April to even get them to respond to me. I also really want the product so have not requested a refund but twice requested information about the shipment. Because it is dangerous goods it travels by ground and there was no tracking information. If after the third attempt to reach them fails I will request a refund. I cannot recommend the product as I never received it but I can say I do not recommend the supplier.
