If the threaded part of your extension pole doesn't reach the threaded part inside the squeegee (which starts at 3.25" into the hole), just cut off that amount with a hack saw...doing this allows the threaded part to be at the very entrance of the squeegee which then you can thread any pole into it...it works with any pole including my "Wooster Sherlock" pole which initially didn't reach the threaded part. The only drawback is you have 3.25" less handle to grab if you're not using an extension pole... or you can always screw in a short handle from your painting equipment...no problema :) Hope this helps...happy cleaning. It attaches to my Purdy PowerLock 4-8' pole with a moderate amount of upper body strength applied in a downward direction while turning the pole. Once on, it stays in place nicely. |
