Answer:	Runs out as in, Is finished? You look through the holes at the top. Runs out as in, drips? It doesn't drip, its semi solid. I've never tried putting water into it but I suspect whether it regenerates depends on what amount is left and how much water you put in it. Its smells pretty awesome though.

Answer:	That’s exactly what I use it for. Every time it rains or I hose it down I get puddles. I also use it for a couple of inches of snow on my side walk.

Answer:	If you poured polyurethane on the floor and wanted to spread it around, by pushing it, then yes as the rubber would not scratch the wood. I don't think that is the proper way to apply it.

Answer:	yes, i would highly recommend this for water and snow. i work with it on concrete floors in a warehouse of trees that are healed in, in sawdust, watered regularly, and this moves wet sawdust around great! (compare to snow, i live in maine and have used it on snow out side) we have moved hundreds of gals. of water and the place shines in record time. this is a very practical item, fairly priced, and well built.

Answer:	I have not used on outdoor concrete. I use it on the concrete in my unheated garage (in Colorado) and it works great. I attached a hefty handle and believe that helps.

Answer:	I am not sure. I purchased it for our beach house. I don't think the shower floor is pitched correctly. I use it to push the water towards the drain. It works very well.

Handle is a little longer than I need but it is wood and can easily be cut to better size. The blade is rubber but unless you are using it on a very rough surface, should last a long time.

Answer:	You can use this product on concrete sealed with a solvent or epoxy based sealer. Do not use it on concrete covered with a water based sealer. Over time, this type of cleaner can breakdown a water based coating.
