Answer:	There are two knobs that are in the frame and pop into the mop head to keep the mop head in place. Just pull on the mop head and it will come off these two knobs. Yours may be tighter than mine. Myopic may have to start on one end of the mop head and pull it off the first knob, then off the second knob.

Answer:	just discovered that the scrub brush can be removed by sliding it off using the tab on the side of the brush

Answer:	About 5 1/4 inches from the inside of the left peg to the inside of the right peg. From the end of each sponge, it is about 1 and 1/8 inch to the outside of the pegs. I had an older O Cedar mop and it fit perfectly.

Answer:	All sponge mops are the about same size. However, the sponge mop companies do not use the same mounting and squeezing method. Note that the Ocedar refills are NOT cellulose sponge with a scrubber across the front edge like in the old days. They have been cheapened with a layer of foam and removal of the scrubber. And the scrubber is not full width, so there are many places you would like to scrub where the scrubber does not reach. I do not recommend this product, even though I have it and use it. Let us hope that somebody will step up and make a premium sponge mop refill that is all cellulose sponge and has a full width scrubber strip on the front edge like in the last century.

Answer:	This sponge is 8.5 inches. In the middle of the back of the sponge is where the hook get attached. The hook is part of the mop itself. In the middle of the mop handle, there is a small section where you hold the handle. You can either push on the handle in this section or pull up on it, depending on whether you are removing the old sponge or placing on the new sponge. If your mop does not have the hook inside it, when you remove the old sponge, then you cannot use this sponge. You need the hook on the mop to attach the new sponge to it. It is an 8.5 inch length sponge. I hope this helps you.

Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	As others have said, you can wait to use the new key. HOWEVER, if you have auto-renewal turned on for your existing product, BE CAREFUL. My current subscription expires 6/7/2020, but I got a renewal E-mail on April 18 saying that my credit card would be charged on May 3 -- for $115. That's over ONE MONTH before the product actually expired and more than 2-3x what you'll pay getting a new product. I understand charging full retail price on renewals, but I have no idea why they need to charge your card so far in advance of the renewal date. (Well, I do have SOME idea -- they'll probably say that it's in case there's a problem processing your card, but that card is on file with them, so they could do a pre-authorization one month ahead, but not charge until later.) Needless to say, I turned auto-renewal off.

Question:	The sponge head is wrapped in plastic. How do you safely remove the plastic wrap? There are no instructions
Answer:	unscrew the sponge from the mop and remove the wrap or just cut it off
