Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Question:	An you use this on wood? Put any liquid in there
Answer:	Please, PLEASE DON'T USE MURPHY'S OIL SOAP on any wood floor. I own a flooring store so I have experience with ton's of different types of wood flooring. It will damage the finish on the wood after using over time. It will start lifting the finish off the floor. It will also start leaving a residue after a few times. If it is furniture - use Murphy's oil soap, but not on wood floors! Use only what the wood floor manufacturer recommends. If it's raw wood floors and finished in the home you can use a very small amount (2 Tablespoons) to a gallon of water. Use the smallest amount of water possible and make sure it is dry in a few minutes. Dry it off with a dry mop head if needed. Do not let the water sit there.

Answer:	I’ve been using white vinegar mixed with water- read somewhere this was a good solution- it’s been working well for me. With 3 grandchildren; 1, 3, 5 and the 1yo crawling, i mop Evert night with The vingers solutiion and Sunday’s I use a regular Tile cleaner. Vinegar solution is 1tbsp per canister of water. Others have used 1tsp per canister. You can play around with your own mixture; whatever works for you.

Answer:	It will pick up dust, the shaggy side is great for that, the smooth side is great for buffing. It will push hard items around, but I find it helpful for getting them gathered up

Answer:	It telescopes from the bottom so hold the part where you screw it into the flathead mop part and don't let that twist (if you've already twisted it into the flat head) then it extends/scopes from there.

Answer:	I put my foot on the mop to hold it down and then turned the upper portion of the handle counter clockwise to loosen and adjust the handle.

Answer:	This mop does not use pads of any kind. You need the fabric “covers” that are made by O-Cedar. The covers are elasticized and washable. It cannot be used with any type of premoistened pad like a Swiffer.

Answer:	what do you mean by a squeezer? if you're referring to the ability of the mop to squeeze out the water the answer is yes.

Answer:	There are two knobs that are in the frame and pop into the mop head to keep the mop head in place. Just pull on the mop head and it will come off these two knobs. Yours may be tighter than mine. Myopic may have to start on one end of the mop head and pull it off the first knob, then off the second knob.
