Question:	Is this good for cleaning the grout on tile floors
Answer:	Yes, I used the Oreck Commercial 237047 Crimped Polypropylene Scrub Orbiter Brush, 12" Diameter, 0.028" Bristle Diameter, Orange and found my grout to look brighter (it is a medium grey) and I did use Mr Clean as the cleaning agent .
Question:	The ad says "cleaning pads not included" but it doesn't say what is included with the product or show what attachments are available. Where are they
Answer:	Only came with the driving pad which you place the other pads you have to order onto it for the final use. I have not used mine yet to refinish my kitchen hardwood floor. I ordered a red pad, white pad, wool pad and carpet pad. That ran up the bill another $50 with the shipping!

Answer:	Mine was 120 volts, but it did not last more than about 3 months, then it just stopped charging. I threw it away. I woud not recomment this item. Alice

Answer:	To remove scrubbers and/or the brush plate, simply pull on the plate. to reinstall line up shape lines and push plate on.
Question:	How come the brushes are not rotating
Answer:	The brushes should rotate. Ours failed after a few light uses. Ewbanks replaced it. It failed again after very light gentle use. It has a gear inside the transmission made out of plastic that fails after a few very light uses. This is a very disappointing appliance.
Question:	How are the brushes pads attached? Just by gravity or velcro? Do they spin off the machine while using it
Answer:	The pads are attached by velcro. I haven't had any of the pads come off during use. The brushes snap on. I haven't used them. I only use this product as a buffer.

Answer:	I painted my floor shortly after I built my building so all of my cleaning/scrubbing was on paint! It did take any of the paint off! But before I painted I put down acid to hold the primer and primer to hold the paint! I had “0” paint come off so just check to see the quality of the paint job you have! Also you can make the prolux as gentle or aggressive as you want! Just takes a few minutes to get to know the machine! Good luck!

Question:	Will this cut down on the manual work of pushing a light microfiber "mop"? Any issues with scratching
Answer:	That is why I got it. I have hardwood floors and the light microfiber "mops", "swishers" and other ones that have a liquid pump required a lot of effort and rubbing to get the smallest spots of dried dirt up. The Pullman had bristles if you are doing soap/water on a ceramic floor...no issues of scratching. If you do a hard wood floor, you place microfiber pads or clothe over the bristles to keep from scratching.
Question:	how to attach the felt pads
Answer:	Hello Marilyn, you just set the pads directly under scrubbing brushes. You don't need to attach them they stay in place just like commercial machines... I hope this answers your question... Best Regards Cindy
Question:	Will it get porcelain tile clean
Answer:	this machine only moves dirt from one spot to another. I use it on dry tile with a heavy mat of stone dust that is very much like potters' clay. It has loosened the clay very well for sweeping with a vacuum. I expect using a sudsing agent and a wet vac would clean any thing that a lot of hand scrubbing would do.
Question:	can this be used on laminate floors to avoid streaks
Answer:	Very unhappy with mine. It's just too light to do a good job. Hopefully, you will have better luck, but it doesn't clear up streaks on my laminate floors. Sorry I bought it.

Question:	Where does the dirty water/solution go
Answer:	The stacked height is approximately 67 inches, 23.5 inches wide and 24 inches deep. However, in my estimation you need an additional 6 inches clearances in the back for hooking up hoses, electrical and drainage. You also need a four pronged 220 volt outlet to hook up the dryer. The washer plugs into the dryer so you do not need a separate outlet for the washer. You also need to buy the stacking assembly, which is sold separately. The instructions for installation of the stacking assembly are not very clear, but you will need an electric drill. Once you get the holes drilled and the stacking assembly aligned correctly, everything should fit into place, as it did for me. If you are installing into a very small space, the final assembly requires two people to install, and enough overhead space to get on a ladder to reach over the back and hook up the water hoses, drain hoses and electrical cords before sliding everything into place. I suggest you leave enough room in the front to keep the washer door open when not in use so it dries out and to avoid build up of mold. It is also important to following the instructions for periodic cleaning of the dryer. If installed correctly and cleaned on a regular basis, the design, engineering and operation are fantastic. When the dryer is finished your clothes will feel slightly damp. If you take the clothes out of the dryer and hang them up they finish drying very quickly, within a minute or two. Or you can simply restart the dryer on the same setting and the clothes will finish drying automatically for a few more minutes before the dryer again shuts off.

Question:	Does the machine sucks up the dirty water as
Answer:	No. You spray the cleaner on the floor and use the machine to scrub or polish. If you use the buffer pads over the brushes, they will absorb some of the moisture. I find this is the best machine I've owned for getting the floors really clean. I vacuum first then I spray some wood cleaning liquid or tile cleaner and sometimes, I dab it dry with a rag. The cleaning really lasts and I like that.
Question:	Does this machine clean grout
Answer:	It is very light and feels more like a toy. I bought it to clean my grout but was very disappointed and how cheap it seemed. I returned it.

Answer:	I never rec’d this pkg. I cancelled my order because it took to long to reach me. Sorry I can’t help.
Question:	I have this mop and it quit working. the spray & led work but the motor will not run. i have left it alone for a period-still no motor-suggestions
Answer:	One would need to check the manufacturer's website for a full list of compatible washers, but it fits the Bosch Next 500 series. It is held in place by 2 spring loaded circular rods which is a major pain to put on properly. Note this is an issue with the Bosch washer not with this replacement gasket.
Question:	Does this suck up the dirty water
Answer:	If you mean the spring clamps;yes. It comes with one for each end. Follow the directions and pull them as parallel to the washer as possible. I fought with mine purely due to inexperience. If you try to stretch them toward you instead of flat across the opening, it will come off.
Question:	What is the best way to clean the pads
Answer:	It wasn't too hard. Getting the spring tightener on at the end was bit challenging. There are couple of YouTube videos that you can watch before that should be helpful. This was my 2nd replacement for me.Good luck.

Answer:	This brush worI've only had the grout brush for a few months but have used it several times and it's still in great shape. It seems very sturdy and I would think that it should last for quite awhile. It does a great job cleaning the grout.ked well with elbow grease and determination to complete the work. If you are determined to do the best job possible, you will have to apply pressure to the brush. Effort plus determination equals a job well done!

Scrub and Clean

Heavily soiled surfaces may require the brush attachments are used initially to loosen any debris. Otherwise ensure that the white scrubbing pads are attached to clean and scrub. Move at a speed of about 1 minute every 10 sq. ft and follow a snake like pattern throughout the room in which you're cleaning. Do not leave the product operating in one area for a prolonged period as this may damage your floor. Make sure you scrub and clean prior to polishing your floors.

Polish

Clean floor thoroughly first before adding your chosen floor polish / wax. Start with the blue cleaning pads initially and buff to a finish with the yellow pads for a high-sheen finish. You want to keep the polisher moving. Do not stop in one place for a long time or it will spoil the finish. Once polishing is complete, turn the unit off by returning the handle to its upright position. A glossy finish may not always be possible; this depends on the polish/wax used and the type of floor surface. Sometimes several coats of polish will enable a glossy finish.

Cleaning the Pads

All pads and floor attachments are washable. The brushes and scouring pads can be washed under the tap with warm soapy water. The blue & yellow polishing pads can also be machine washed and dried naturally. It is recommended to re-shape the pads while drying. The polishing head unit is not suitable for washing in water, it must be wiped with a damp cloth.
