Answer:	I think that before you buy these pens, you go down to Office Max/Depot and try the pencil grips there with your Apple pencil. The grips on these pens are very secure and may be glued on. They are not easily removable, at least not on the pens I have. Excellent ink and pens otherwise.
Question:	What is the difference of new version and old version
Answer:	Definitely NOT a fine point. Pretty much the same width as any basic gel pen... sort of a thicker trace. I'd bought them, hoping for a thinner, precision trace. This line is better for filling in a big area, if your project needs background color.
Question:	How does the mop head attach to the mop
Answer:	I'm not sure, but I do know it does NOT have a fine, sharp line. The ink is rather thick, so it's sometimes "blob-ish" when the pen is lifted from the end of the word/image.

Answer:	The silver ink contrasts well with black paper, as does the gold ink pen. I think if you want, double-trace the line to be sure. These are good pens and work well.

Answer:	Yes, however it needs to be on the normal smaller size in order to fit in the ringer. No big or industrial sizes mops will fit. Cotton string is the only kind I used. However as long as the mop is not to big cotton or cloth would work.

Answer:	I honestly don't know it was a whiile ago. All I know is that the bucket is still going strong and it does the job. These buckets wirh wringer baskets are very hard to find but Amazon came to the rescue.

Answer:	The bucket is 10 wide x 14 longand is 11" high. The wringer can just be lifted off to use as a plain bucket. I love this bucket. so handy and easy to use and clean out after using.

Answer:	This refill does fit an older mop head but it's too wet when you mop. The refill apparently doesn't fit well.

Answer:	Yes, it's washable, but only by hand as it's too thick to fit properly into the spin part of the bucket as it keeps popping out when trying to spin it dry. I don't understand why they didn't make the refill the same thickness as the original that came with the system. I love the system, but my old mop head will need replacing, and I'm not too thrilled with the prospect of wringing the replacement head dry by hand.

Answer:	10" x 4 1/2 " The issue I have is that the Amazon does not support the product by selling the disposable wipes. I've tried paper towels but that doesn't work. I guess it will go in the garbage when I'm out of the wipes that came with it.

Answer:	I just use water and vinegar, about half of each because I have tile. My floors don't get really dirty because I don't wear shoes in the house and I don't have pets. If I had wood floors, I would use Murphy's oil soap because I like it best for wood surfaces. But some people like to use natural ingredients, but since I don't, I would not know what to suggest. Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	Please, PLEASE DON'T USE MURPHY'S OIL SOAP on any wood floor. I own a flooring store so I have experience with ton's of different types of wood flooring. It will damage the finish on the wood after using over time. It will start lifting the finish off the floor. It will also start leaving a residue after a few times. If it is furniture - use Murphy's oil soap, but not on wood floors! Use only what the wood floor manufacturer recommends. If it's raw wood floors and finished in the home you can use a very small amount (2 Tablespoons) to a gallon of water. Use the smallest amount of water possible and make sure it is dry in a few minutes. Dry it off with a dry mop head if needed. Do not let the water sit there.
Question:	What cleaner would be suggested to use with the o-cedar promist microfiber mop with spray
Answer:	I’ve been using white vinegar mixed with water- read somewhere this was a good solution- it’s been working well for me. With 3 grandchildren; 1, 3, 5 and the 1yo crawling, i mop Evert night with The vingers solutiion and Sunday’s I use a regular Tile cleaner. Vinegar solution is 1tbsp per canister of water. Others have used 1tsp per canister. You can play around with your own mixture; whatever works for you.

Answer:	This attaches to the e cloth mop head by velcro. This is the dry cloth. If you purchase the mop head, it comes with the wet mop pad.

Answer:	No, it won’t get deep enough to get the grout but it is great on wood or tile floors. I had another brand that always left water streaks when it dried and the e-cloth does not, just wring it out good before you use it.

Answer:	Absolutely! The included dust mop pad has two types of microfiber; looped fringe yarn to collect larger debris and dense cut microfiber in the interior of the pad to collect finer dust and dirt.
Question:	I'm sorry - I can't find the answer to this question. Exactly how does the mop attach to the pad? It looks like it just rests on the pad
Answer:	After you wring out the mop, lay the blue side down on the floor, the white side will be facing up, place the mop head onto the white side and push lightly. There are strips on the bottom of the mop head that act like velcro, but not as course as velcro. The mop adheres to the mop head quickly, easily and with very little pressure. It stays on until you pull it off, using the tab to clean the mop. Hope this answers you question.
Question:	how do you know which replacement pads to buy. and can you wash the dry dust pads
Answer:	You get two pads and a dust pad with the mop. I washed the pads in the washing machine, I have not washed the dust pad yet, but it is sturdy and looks like it should not be a problem to wash. The regular pads are sturdy and it depends on how much you mop whether you really need replacements right away.
Question:	how do you get this wet usually
Answer:	Alora, I normally just get this wet in the sink and use it either with just water, or sometimes, with vinegar. I then rinse and wring it by hand in the sink until the water is clean. FYI, it is recommended that when this becomes dirty enough to wash, do not wash it with cotton towels. The lint will make the microfiber less effective.

Answer:	This mop, with the wringer basket and pail allows a person to clean floors, walls and ceiling without having to bend over to operate pail wringers or wring out the mop with your hands. The name "light and thirsty" describes it. Just dip it a few times in the pail, put it in the plastic net basket and twist dry.

Answer:	I have used this mop for years and have always washed it in the machine with bathroom rugs. Works great. I won't use any other.
