Answer:	Description says it comes with steel handle. We've had one of these mops for around thirty years and have never had a problem. Just be sure to rinse it well after each use. We keep one on each floor(3) of our home.

Answer:	I've had terrible luck with these, I guess. Several times, I've had mop heads tear apart within the first few uses. One tore away from the clasp on literally the first push. The handles may last forever, but the heads are a roll of the dice.

Answer:	Depends on your mops head size. I had an original mop of Casabella and this was such poor quality, I returned it. The handle wouldn’t even fit together.

Answer:	I love this mop and ordered a 2nd one in case it becomes unavailable. It definitely mops a lot drier than any other mop I've tried and, as a consequence, the floors dry more quickly. I think that not only does the roller dry the sponge well, but that the sponge itself doesn't absorb so much water. I highly recommend this mop.

Answer:	You're absolutely right, gloves can't be both waterproof and "breathe." These things are completely and totally waterproof, and do not breathe. Who the heck needs gloves that breathe, anyhoo?

Answer:	I wouldn't call it flocked cotton lining. It's more like a coating, sort of powdery feeling, but it doesn't rub off. Keeps your hands from getting sweaty unless you have the gloves on in hot water for over half an hour. I do like these rubber gloves. They're a nice weight & last a long time. For me, best gloves I've found.

Answer:	I've never washed the mop head in a washing machine if that is what you mean. It has the hard plastic piece that gets screwed on to the mop and I didn't want it banging around in my washing machine. I would just wash it out by soaking it in clean water in a bucket or sink. Hope that helps.
Question:	how do i replace the mop - to rermove it from the handle
Answer:	If you're not able to copy and paste that link into your browser here are the steps: turn your mop upside down and pull the grey handle with the Orange button up towards the top. Now twist The top of the mop clockwise. The entire assembly will unscrew so that you can lift it off. Pull the cotton mop head off the gray handle. Now just slide your replacement over the handle, and do the entire procedure in reverse. It sounds a lot more complicated than it is. Hope this helps :-)

Answer:	I would not call it 3 separet compartments. Looking down from the top the only division is a single divider going from the middle of the handle base to one side wall. The handle base makes a partial divider starting 3+" from each end down the middle and on the one side there is a division but to my eye there is really only one area partially divided . It did not keep the several types of items I needed to feed my Koi in any sort of organization. It would be much better for large items that would fit tightly into it's spaces.

Question:	There are no instructions and I can’t find a way to attach the head to the squeezing mechanism
Answer:	I had to discard mine. There was no way. Actually they refunded me without asking for a return.
Question:	how do you attach the sponge to the rest of the mop...it doesnt seem to fit. Had someone else besides me try it and they couldnt figure it out
Answer:	You slide it in. It only slides in from one side. There is a piece (tongue) on the sponge piece that fits into a slot on the handle piece
Question:	How to get sponge to squeeze in place and attached correctly
Answer:	I can not remember exactly, but by twist and rotate
