Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!
Question:	Does the wringing side of the pail have clean water in it or is it just for spinning out the mop that's been dipped into the dirty water
Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.
Question:	will this mop work for picking up pet hair rather than just smearing it around like most mops do? Thank you
Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Question:	Two questions. 1. Does the cleaning solution have an odor (I have allergies)? 2. Can this be used to freshen an oriental area rug
Answer:	If you have allergies and an Oriental rug, I would get rid of the rug!! If it is an authentic hand knotted rug- then it's wool!! If you have allergies you MAY be allergic to the wool itself. ALso, I would have it professinally cleaned- not because YOU can;'t clean it, but wool rugs are incredibly heavy when wet and terribly difficult to properly dry completely. Unless you have a big backyard and live in the arid southwest, I would not attempt cleaning. I have a large wool rug from Afghanistan I tried cleaning myself (you have to use natural SOAPS AND NO ARTIFICIAL DETERGENTS!!) on wool- it weighed a ton when wet and took FOREVER to dry on a very hot wall in 114F degree summer heat. The wool just smells when it's wet, like a wet dog (wet sheep actually ;) so, next time it will be done by a pro who has the equipment, tools and dryer for them.
Question:	What's the difference between the 1785a model and 1785w model
Answer:	I just read that the difference between the two: the 1785W is 3000 RPM's and the 1785A is 3500 RPM's.
Question:	Can you use your own solution
Answer:	I have a 20 yr old carpet cleaning Bissel and I use my own solution. Of course the manufacturer will only endorse their own cleaning products. They can't guarantee the results if you use something else. I use 3% hydrogen peroxide with hot water. Use a 1 to 5.5 ratio. (1 peroxide to 5.5 parts water) It cleans, disinfects, and is great for pet stains. Won't hurt your machine using this formula. Hint: Try a 1 to 1 ratio in a spray bottle for cleaning your shower, bathtub and tiles. It kills mildew on contact, nixes the scum on glass and brightens your tub.
Question:	Can this be used for dry vacuuming? And how does this clean grout between tile lines
Answer:	I have tried this for dry vac and tile grout. First off, it is really meant to suck up water. Yes, it will do large items on the floor but not fine dust and dirt from every day. It will suck it up with the water though. As for grout, if you have deep crevice grout, as in the grout is not flush with the top of the tile, you will still need to scrub the grout. I have both and then I also have uneven stone that has pores and crevices in the tile itself and it also doesn't do well on those but it does better than a regular mop EVER did.

Answer:	The odor would be too strong for a rabbit. Plus this stuff smells very “perfumed” more to cover up a smell with its very strong offensive fragrance. I do not recommend for any purpose.

Question:	The pet/purple one has 3,000 rpm (500 less than the other). does the green one have the "pet hair" strainer? should i get the green one if i have pet
Answer:	I have 2 dogs and one sheds bad. The Green works great. I do use the pet brushes and regular pet (non bissell brand) cleaner in the tank. Works like a charm. I love skipping the vacuum step. Side note: I use these weekly. There would be to much hair to use any less often.
Question:	Is this a regular vacuum too
Answer:	I don’t agree with many of these answers. I watched a review by someone had contacted Bissell and they had basically said you can’t use it on a regular carpet in the wet mode — it’s not a carpet shampooer. I use this in my regular carpet, dry and on carpet mode. For the low pike entry rug I can still use the carpet mode wet. It’s done a fine job on the wall to wall carpet in my bedroom. Also, when it comes to the mopping, make sure you read their suggestions. I feel that I’ve managed to avoid some of the complaints that I didn’t read till after purchase (and which made me nervous) — admittedly I don’t usually read any of the print materials with products I buy, but now I have a new respect for them.

Answer:	I don’t, the SoClean pushes the ozone into the water initially to start the circulation of the disinfectant. Without the device I would notice the reservoir needed cleaning every few days. I clean it out weekly.
Question:	What are the batteries for
Answer:	I can't speak to other reviews, but I'll give you my 2 cents. I've been on CPAP / APAP therapy for nearly 20 years, and am on my 3rd machine, a ResMed S-9. I think this SoCLean 2 is great. I've had the SoClean 2 CPAP cleaner for two years. I like it. I guess some folks don't like the smell of the ozone that is used to sterilize the mask, hose and water tank, but it doesn't bother me, in fact I like it. I don't usually clean my mask in the cleaner, I just do that by hand with some liquid Ivory hand soap I still have on hand. I found if you clean the whole headgear and mask set up in the cleaner, it causes the mask to deteriorate more quickly than I think it should - you can tell when the mask starts to turn yellowish that it needs to be replaced. I don't use the SoClean 2 every day, more like 2 - 3 times a week, and that seems good. Definitely good to know that the bacteria, mold and viruses are killed by the ozone treatment. This machine, coupled with regular cleaning of the tank and mask, should help you be more relaxed about your therapy. Breathing is a pretty important thing - breathing clean air is pretty important too.

Answer:	The red LED port is power only. The other four ports are standard USB with two data lines and +/- power pins. All ports have toggle buttons that switch them on and off. If you plug in a USB device that uses data pins and is recognized by a computer as a USB device, switching on and off via the port's button will switch it on and off as a recognized USB device and, at the same time, switch power to whatever it is on and off as well.

Answer:	Wireless devices and USB 3.0 have signal interference problems. You can check it in Wikipedia or google on Intel website, it has very detail explanation. It is an industry-standard problem. We have a solution to help you, you can use an extension USB cable or connect to a USB 2.0 port. Usually, the plastic part of a USB 2.0 port will be a white one. If you don't need the USB 3.0 speed to transfer data, and do not want to use an extension cable, we recommend you to plug this hub in the USB 2.0 port to avoid the interference problem.
Question:	I need to buy just one of these. Can I do that
Answer:	Yes it will run all four ports from your one port w/o the power adapter. However you don't want to use them all at once that way or run devices like a disk drive that will draw a lot of power. Once you plug the adapter in it will power most of the load on all four ports.

Answer:	The wringer is very good indeed with minimal force. You can get different types of mop heads as well so you should choose one that doesn't retain as much fluid as well like the flat ones rather than rope-like ones.
Question:	how do you extend the telescoping handle
Answer:	Caution, before you order, please: Read the description for EACH color—they aren't actually the same products. The yellow 35 qt shown is ~ $64 but includes no “dirty water bucket”. However, the black unit is ~ $108 & its specs imply the dirty water bucket is included. Some colors “will fit” the dirty water bucket but it’s not included. Some colors “will not fit” the dirty water bucket. Also the black unit wrings ~ 50,000 times while some colors wring only ~ 40,000. The dirty water bucket itself costs ~ $36 but it’s not clear that Amazon itself sells it. If you thought you were getting a clean water bucket with a dirty water bucket & didn’t—complain to Amazon as soon as your shipment arrives. Rubbermaid & Amazon should fix this page so folks know what they are getting for their money. Buyers shouldn’t have to compare or memorize product numbers or guess why costs vary from $64 vs $108.
