Answer:	We don't use them for anything rough like a wood shop or working on cars but we haven't had any complaints on ripping or tearing. The cuff is .04 mm, the palm is .07 mm and the finger tip is .05 mm.
Question:	Is there is a size chart with the inches/centimetres written out? How wide should your palm be to fit a medium size
Answer:	The box itself does not feature a "mil rating" per se.....it features "mm" rating depending on palm size as well as for thickness depending on length. If you have a particular size in mind, I can answer that, but would like to avoid listing ALL the sizes! The box also displays the fact that these gloves are approved for food, medical and industrial service use, but I would personally add LIGHT industrial use, just from my personal experience.

There is no size chart. I ordered medium based on research I did online about glove sizes. Unfortunately, despite having very average-sized hands, large would have been better. I can get the gloves on, but can't push them down between the fingers. Also, they are quite thin. A fingernail always rips right through them when putting them on, and I don't have long nails. I would order large, unless you have very tiny hands.
