Answer:	To remove. Push down, unscrew locking cap and lift to free top of mo head. Slide down off ratchet, past handgrip to slip off end of handle. To replace. While holding locking cap, drape the mop head over the cup. Twist cap into the cup until locked. Pull bottom of mop head down to handgrip and secure zip tie.

However, the black unit is ~ $108 & its specs imply the dirty water bucket is included. Some colors “will fit” the dirty water bucket but it’s not included. Some colors “will not fit” the dirty water bucket. Also the black unit wrings ~ 50,000 times while some colors wring only ~ 40,000. The dirty water bucket itself costs ~ $36 but it’s not clear that Amazon itself sells it. If you thought you were getting a clean water bucket with a dirty water bucket & didn’t—complain to Amazon as soon as your shipment arrives. Rubbermaid & Amazon should fix this page so folks know what they are getting for their money. Buyers shouldn’t have to compare or memorize product numbers or guess why costs vary from $64 vs $108. Answer:	They are not as wide as the pad on the Rubbermaid and there isn't enough Velcro to use 1-1/2 pads dependably. Hope this helps. I am a Rubbermaid convert from Swifter. I prefer the washable pads and being able to refill the bottle.

Question:	Is this the full mop with the metal head clamp, or is it just the wooden stick? Not sure if what they call "mop head" here is the rag or the clamp
Answer:	mop head, handle and ONE wet pad, it says. But I have not purchased.
Question:	Can you clip a thick piece of cloth or a towel instead of the mop head
Answer:	Take the pad off and rinse in a bucket or replace with a clean pad.
Question:	How does this handle clamp down to hold the mophead in place
Answer:	My cleaning solution is 1/3 white vinegar with softened water, which is anti-microbial and as effective as pine sol but far safer. With the vinegar solution, no extra cleaning is needed. I have cats and dog. If you must use pine sol, I'd definitely follow with a clean water washing to remove residue especially for safety of animals and children. Remember that dogs and cats' sense of smell is up to 10,000 times more sensitive than humans! Imagine how awful pine sol might smell to them and how that intense smell would interfere with their ability to use their sense of smell, which is their primary sense, similar to how humans rely on sight.
