| Answer: | I was having this issue too. I thought I had a defective piece and was about to send it back, but thought I'd call the company first. I got through to a rep almost immediately and she made me do the same thing I was doing before but somehow it worked. To summarize:1. Push the green cartridge away from the top, towards the cup.2. Hold the bottom part on the floor, line the top with the bottom and push the top part in really, really hard. If you are able to pull them apart with your hands, then it's not hard enough. I really had to use my full body weight to push it in.3. Slide the green cartridge into the joint and you are good to go.The rep told me that normally you don't need to use that much force, but with some of the pieces, the assembly is not perfect and needs a lot of force.Hope that helps. |

I love my Bona mop! If you have stainless steel appliances, it also works great on them. I spray them and run the mop over them. It's something about the way the solution and the microfiber head work together. I've tried wiping with a cloth, but the mop works much better. Seriously, when I'm mopping my hardwood kitchen floor, I spray the frig, stove, and dishwasher and rub the mop over them. Quick and lazy! |
