| Answer: | It's sturdy. Made of good quality hard plastic. You can bear down on it and scrub tough areas with it and it won't snap. I am short, but I think it would work plenty well for a tall person too as it's quite long. I think you would like it. The mop head is held on by velcro and their are lots of velcro dots holding the pad had on sturdy. I've owned one of these before and will buy another if needed. |

| Answer: | I've used Bona for 5 years now and never had issue with the head flooping over. We have all hardwood floors and frankly my thought is that you are putting too much muscle into it or, you are pulling the mop back too close to your feet and too long of a stroke. If you have spots that need a bit more rubbing, make your strokes shorter out in front of you and against the grain of the wood. Then finish with a long, soft motion with the grain. A good polishing every couple months or so makes regular cleaning much easier too. I would not use any other system. |
