I keep one in my gym bag and the others go in and out of shoes regularly and they don't show any signs of wear or seam damage. Especially if your package is packed snugly so things aren't shifting about in transport, I see no reason why it would break apart. |

| Answer: | There was no printed material saying to charge these first before using with the product. These are quite small. They measure 6 1/2 " long by 2 3/4" wide, but because the filling is not full inside of each of the bags, they measure 4 1/2" long by 2 3/4" wide.We had to put 2 bags inside each shoe.due to the small size of the bags. After 3 weeks the shoes still smell slightly, and after wearing them for a day, the inserts had to be in the shoes for 3 weeks to get rid of most but not all of the smell. Better to wash then dry shoes, then spray with rubbing alcohol to sterilize the bacteria that causes the smell. |
