Answer:	Small animals like rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, gerbils and birds, have very sensitive respiratory systems. This means many oils - eucalyptus for one - can cause infections and even death. Candles are just as bad. The package says to keep in a well-ventilated room. Now worried about myself! Animal testing for this product is unknown. Safer alternatives: air freshener cones, Damprid hangers which come in Lavender, a discrete bowl of orange or lemon peel, spices, baking soda, sachet mixtures (Bed Bath Beyond closet section), scented trash bags, etc... Spray fresheners are very toxic to both humans and animals. Continuous release of essential oils into the air isn't much better. Ewg.org has rated this product a D on the basis of some concern for skin irritations, asthma, and causing allergies. To me, it smells like cheap men's cologne, not lavender or chamomile which I use regularly. I purchased this product at a store and am returning it.
Question:	How do I know which air wick bottle will fit my air wick heaters? there are at least 2 sizes of bottle and they'er not inter-changeable
Answer:	Possibly because you may have done what I did when replacing the Air WIC bottles. I accidentally purchased the Glade dispenser/bottle by mistake. The manufacturers bottles are not interchangeable. They do have these new larger dispensers now but I noticed the bottles are noticeably larger. I can tell you I purchased the new Air WIC dispenser recently and it uses up fluid much faster than my older heater. Hope this helps. (P.s. Fabreeze also has these deodorizer as well that look exactly the same)
Question:	I am like many of you that are long time users of the lavender fragrance. The recent horrible reviews. Did Airwick fix the fragrance
Answer:	Unfortunately, no. I purchased a set of 5 in April 2017 and threw them all in the trash. Why on earth did the manufacturer get the "hair-braned" idea to change a good thing? Naturally, if they did in fact revert back to the old formula, they are going to deplete the new formula first. The new fragrance caused me to have a headache. The old formula was fantastic, soft, fresh. I also used the spray refills in the same fragrance. I hope they did go back to the old formula but will believe it when I smell it. All the others in the marketplace are too overpowering for me.

Hand wash them in warm water.2. Fully saturate the microfiber cloth with water.3. Use your fingers to work the cloth and to help remove the trapped dust.4. Rinse thoroughly until the water that comes out of the cloth looks clear and the cloth is clean.5. Squeeze out (do not wring them or they might get deformed) all excess water and air dry.We normally do not recommend using any kind of soap when washing a microfiber cloth, as plain warm water normally is enough to remove the dust and small amounts of dirt. In special cases where the cloths are very dirty and with oil, we do use 2 or 3 drops of basic liquid soap (like Dawn), to help remove it. If this is the case it is very important to rinse the microfiber cleaning cloths very well to remove any remaining soap, as it will clog the microfibers fibers, limiting their absorption and dust trapping properties, so be sure to rinse thoroughly.If you follow these simple guidelines, your microfiber cleaning cloths will last longer and you will get better results from them. Answer:	Hi Rafael, thanks for asking! That's a great question since not all microfibers are created equal. Our cloths have two features that differentiate them from regular cloths and make them more effective for cleaning purposes (especially for delicate surfaces).1.- Unlike other microfiber cloths that are made 100% polyester, our cloths are a blend of polyester and polyamide, which increase their absortion properties and make them softer to avoid scratches on the surfaces while cleaning. In addition, our cloths have a thread count of 250 while regular cloths have 180. In textiles this is a very important factor since the higher the thread count, the better the quality and absorption properties. This is the reason we only recommend using water instead of liquid screen cleaners. Water is only necessary to dissolve the smudges that will be absorbed by the cloth. This also prevents any damage to screens or the environment. In some cases liquid screen cleaners have substances that in the long run may damage screens (for example alcohol and ammonia that destroy the specific touch screen coating).2.- This kit consists of 4 microfiber cloths with custom tailored sizes each one specially designed to perfectly fit laptops 15" 13" 11" and tablets. Answer:	NO!you have to adjust the back dial to how often you want it to go off.& the only way to figure that out is try each dot & listen for it to go off..1/2 hour/1 hour / etc.

Answer:	I don’t see why not. Would certainly be pricey as they are very small . I would think you would be able to find something much more cost effective.

Answer:	Perhaps you got a set that was older and had dried out. I have bought dozens of these in both the large size and the phone size and only had a couple that were a little dry. I LOVE these.
Question:	Whst are the entire ingredients ? Pure essential oils are considerably more expensive than these so what is added to make these scents? Thank you
Answer:	I'm not real sure and I have a dslr camera. I would not clean my camera lens with the cloths. I would call a camera shop and ask before I use these. A camera lens is quite different from a cell phone and laptop monitor.
