Answer:	Annie, I purchased this solely for help with atrophy due to breast and uterine cancer treatment side effects. I am under an oncologist's care, because if you have a history or any risk of breast cancer, you should use this or any estrogens with caution. Always ask your physician. That being said, I would only use this as directed. It is not meant for the face and nor does is say that it will not clog pores in the face. I only use a pea size amount on the places it recommends in the directions, about 1-2 times per week. I believe after using it for about 4 months, it has given me a little bit of my life back. I use it because, I can control the minute doses of estrogen that I can safely have and that my body craves. Good product, but not for the face.
