Answer:	WAY better. I had the Powermatic II for several years and it was impossible to control the tobacco. With the Powermatic III, the tobacco is all contained in a chamber with a lid that closes. It's a much better design. The chamber holds enough tobacco to roll approximately 20-30 cigarettes, depending on how tightly you pack it. (don't go too tight...it will jam the feeder chamber at the bottom). I've had this machine since December 2019 and have rolled over 7000 cigarettes with it. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
