Question:	Are the kidiconnect and learning lodge servers down again? i cannot seem to register my child's device since we received the product on feb 14th
Answer:	The recommended *age for this game is 5+ but if a 4 year old is being taught how to read and is actually learning reading concepts it is possible this game could be used to help but otherwise I think it would be a waste of money and *not useful for any child that isn't already being taught reading nor is learning early reading concepts. (Some of the words in this game are just two letters i.e. "be, at, is," etc so if a child knows those or can sound them out it could be useful a little bit. The game can be manipulated to play however you would like; my 5+ years old grandson isn't ready to play the full game as is but we play our own version and it keeps his interest; we add one fly word he does *not know to challenge him, all other words we use he knows or knows well enough; this gives him the chance to "SWAT the flies" which he thoroughly enjoys. The game will be used as he grows in his reading skills until it's no longer a challenge for him.

Answer:	I don't think you can disable the games on this model, but the kidizoom duo or duo deluxe have that as an option. They also cost a bit more, but might be worth it if you don't want the games.

Answer:	It has a nice wide grip to easily handle and is very durable - taking drops on the ground is no problem with this camera. However, it is very kid focused so has additional features that might not be of interest such as games. I have not yet had any photos printed so not sure about the image quality. Answer:	Hi, unfortunately it only has one language which is English. It might also help your daughter with basic English because it has a lot of educational songs like ABC , numbers, shapes, colors and more. My family is French speaking too but my kids are enjoying it. Hope it helps
Question:	Does this come with a cartridge for the music sheet? It's telling me to insert one but i don't have it
Answer:	The expansion pack sheets is are not the only difference. I own the standard original, and accidentally bought the expansion sheets for the deluxe desk. The slot to insert the sheets is not compatible for both desks, so my 32 sheets are useless (on the standard desk). Also, if you notice the top display on the deluxe, there is a place to insert cartridges as well. The standard doesn’t have a place for that. The cartridges remind me of small square versions of the first ever Nintendo games. Since I have the original desk I haven’t been able to use it yet, but I’ll be buying the deluxe soon. My daughter (2yrs 3months old) has learned probably 95% of the original desk sheets to the point of memorization. She got this as a present for xmas, at 1yr 11 months old, and it was her favorite daily thing to do until memorized.
