Question:	How does this compare to dandelion root
Answer:	On the back label it reads that the Vitamin D and Vitamin A are both from Cod Fish Liver. I like these and they seem to break down and no leftover belching. They are big but all the brands for Cod Liver oil are big. I've been taking this vitamin since my mom gave it to us as kids when I was 3. Now 60 yrs later I still take it and swear by it and other thought out additives to my diet. I rarely get sick. I usually only take them Mon. thru Fri. I find I get rid of extra in my system over the weekend and then it's like a kick start on Monday. Works for me. Everyone is different. Watch you levels of A & D. If you want to take this don't add extra A&D separately. However, a multi-vitamin the levels are usually reasonable with the Cod liver oil and other suppliments but I watch excess. I also drink lots of water too. I swear by filtered water to keep everything moving and less wrinkles too. Good luck.

Answer:	Hi Kekoa, this product contains silica & a small amount of calcium (from red algae), which are minerals, not an oil at all. If you are unsure, maybe check with your Doctor.

Answer:	2 vegetable capsules have 108 milligrams of Silica, 200 milligrams of Calcium. for the first week that I have used Silica I had noticed that I broke out with a few at acne. After a week the acne cleared and it has not occurred again.

Answer:	Yes they are difficult to swallow. I've been taking these for 8 years and Solgar upped the dosage milligrams to 420 in early 2020. The tablets are much larger and very difficult to swallow. Interestingly, many stores have stopped carrying them recently due to customer complaints and returns. Hopefully, Solgar will go back and begin manufacturing the 400 mg dosage again as that size was much easier to swallow. In the meantime, I'm using other brands.

Answer:	Two tablets are 400 mg. Each tablet is about 3/4 inch long. Tablets are somewhat coated so they don't stick going down.
